When it was time to update my insurance information, I always have a problem. All because I am not on the front of the insurance card, instead I am a rider on the declaration page which shows my name and my car information. I called the call center a few weeks ago to clarify information I have summited was good to go. So I can keep working. Instead, the lady I spoke to enter me in, saying I made an appeal against Uber and disable my account. They should not mess with people income in such a way. They say they pay for all tolls you go through while drive, but all of them was paid by the driver of course. I will tell anyone doesn't drive with Uber. I have not stated Lyft yet, but I will soon.

Have used Uber before, so I thought that all I had to do was call for a ride. Not so fast. I was told to set up an account to get started. Then somehow I got some special deal for signing up for some program. It is 1:00 AM at the TIA. I just want to get home. Ive been charged 3 times for 1 ride, one charge was reversed. But they take or give as they please, once they have your card info. I got an extended ride, and Im assuming the system messed up and dinged me repeatedly for it.use gift use

Uber - Has yet to refund my money or add it to my account
Back in October of 2020 I had purchased 2 uber $20 gift cards and had 2 Uber accounts, so I added a $20 card to each account. They emailed me to let me know that they combined my accounts and the put $20 on the combined account and would email the pin the following month to add the additional $20. What?!!!! I bought them because I needed to use them then, needless to say after multiple calls and emails I still don't have it as of yet and it is July 5th, 2021.

I was wrongfully charged and Uber didn't help at all. They charged two cards, one that was registered, and it was a Visa card and one that was a park community card, and it wasn't a form of payment

After being charged $25 for a less than 1 mile drive to grocery store for script refill and needed groceries July 1, I stood for 2hours with a cart full of groceries in the rain trying to get an Uber home. After repeated attempts, I was told to cancel my reservation and re-book. I did so. To my shock, after my sister drove me home, I found an email from with a $5.51 charge for a cancellation I was told to make by Uber. SHOCKED AND DISAPPOINTED!! SCAPLING THE PUBLIC BY UBER AT ITS FINEST! UGH!!

Could not get into my account due to credit card change

Tried to get into my Uber account days and the night before we were going on a trip. Uber requires you to list the first six numbers of your credit card account. The four ending numbers that Uber showed was a credit card that we had discontinued. I had no way of calling customer service or getting help. My husband suggested I try using his account and I was able to change the credit card number and we used Uber the following day. LIST A CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER SO PEOPLE CAN GET HELP!

Auto renewed within 5days though trial was for 7days!

There is no way to reach a person when contacting Uber. The pass I signed up for had a 7 day trial period but they billed my credit card for membership earlier within 5 days! I need a cancellation and refund. Dont know how to reach them for this. Thanks
