Was charged twice

My Uber driver and ride to the airport was great!! No issues at all. Smooth as a babys butt. When I checked my bank account, I had been charged twice. That was the only issue that I had. Thanks, Larry Sampson

Hi I booked a ride on 12th Dec 2021 and after the ride I have paid the full amount Rs.86(screenshot enclosed) to the driver but the amount is still showing unpaid and because of this I am unable to book further ride...plz remove the unnecessary amount of Rs 86 so that I can book the further rides as I am a regular passanger of your company.. In ur app shows fair 1199 but driver charged 1715 how he charged .We shocked by ur rate. This is cheating with customers

Sir while booking for uber my payment option automatically goes for paytm and i was not having idea regarding that . And after reaching my location i paid the driver through phone pay too from my dads accounts . I request to return my one payment back on my paytm and my paytm number is 987114**** I and my dad were going to huda city centre from sardana store at 9 am.

User's recommendation: Driver should check not to get double payment from same customer.

Trouble booking

It was not a problem first but now it's becoming a common occurrence where I can't get a Uber for a hour like this morning 12/18 I tried for over a hour to get a Uber to no avail I'm trying Uber one but I don't see paying for it gives me any more advantage than before I had to pay over double for a cab

Not mad

I was upset that there's no number to speak with a person. My phone was left in the vehicle, however the driver was kind enough to return it the next evening when he realized it was there. Very happy with his service as well as driver who brought my son home.

Trying all day to reach Uber because of phone left in car

I left my phone in the uber and have been trying all day to get help but nothing is working, not even the number listed for Uber. Who runs a business u cant contact. Better yet , why?!?! All I want is my phone back and maybe an app that actually is user friendly.

Resolved: Falsely charged cancellation fee

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. After navigating through customer support obstacles p, I was able to dispute the cancellation fee. and was given full refund..

Requested Uber from Fort Myers Airport at approximately 11:10a. Was instructed to meet driver in beige Camry at exit 6. Looked and waited he never showed up. I kept waiting noticed the trip was cancelled on the app. I requested again for a ride immediately. The driver came within minutes to door 6. I never moved position from my first request. The first driver never came to exit 6. I should not be charged a cancellation fee.

On 12/07/21, there were two cancelations. The charges are due to the lack of the driver not looking for the rider. The address was 11000 Roosevelt Blvd. The address is the whole shopping center. I shouldn't be penalized for it. I'd like a refund for the $6.00 and the $6.66 back to my card. Thank you !!

It's a good thing I was not scheduled for my surgery on that day I would have called to get there for that. I never had any problems before this day 11/29 I use Uber for all my appts. This is just as important Fix the website

Uber Resolved The Problem and Refunded the Money

Used Uber App for a Ride and The Driver Didnt Try to Locate me as I Was outside Waiting at the Pickup Spot Watched Him go to another Location other Than Mine I Messaged Him But He Didnt Respond Uber Customer Service Did Handle The Matter and I Received a Full Refund For the Charge

Lost item want to talk to a customer care

Today I took a cab towards vegas mall dwarka at early morning.While de boarding from cab I was missed to pick my bag in which I had a pair of Puma shoes and one BMW puma jacket. After some time when I got to know that I lost my bag with the cab , I called my trip driver and informed him. But unfortunately he had taken other trip with customer & didnt recognise that my bag was left after my trip at the back seat. The total worth of the products is 16000. Kindly do the needful as that bag belongs to a my stores property and I have to pay for it. Kindly assist asap.
