Mike best friend got in the car and never responded when she got home all of us have checked

My girlfriend was picked up in a red car and has not responded in a couple of hours several of us have tried to reach out to her I just want to confirm that she was dropped off

Hard not easy to resolve

Please just get my wallet back as soon as possible the driver was Joey and contact me as soon as possible ! Your making this very difficult please he had a red Prius I think some compact car it is not fair how much more do you have to write unbelievable when will I get it back please just get my wallet

You are going to have to wait for a while. If he has other customers he needs to deal with them first. He is not going to go out of his way to return your wallet which YOU left behind.

I’m not sure i’d such imprecise and lazy language to enter an issue. My issue: I object to the difficulty of tracking the specifics of the service: Where Ickes u, destination and exact time; I did not

Service has always been solid. Failing to provide specifics - where picked up, where dropped off, what time are crucial for customer to verify correctness of charge. . I would like I do

Solution of problem take much time

The uber charge me 156 $ for the trip I did not take and they removed it from my trips on Uber App but they took it from my visa during visiting USA. I ve been waiting for one month for deposit the money taking by mistake from Uber. Please return the 156$ to my visa urgently and solve my issue. Thank you Mohammed Alharby

Ride was great, however i was doubled billed thru Venmo and Paypal

I was billed two charges and cant seem to get this rectified One charge for $50 went thru Venmo ..... the other charge for $53 went thru Paypal

The app and customer service (via Twitter) promote the reservation feature as costing about the same as a non-reserved trip to the same place. When reserving a trip that was about 5 miles from home, a reservation cost me $41 when not reserving to the exact same place was only about $9. When I tried to press the issue for more clarity with the Twitter customer service, they stonewalled me by saying that reservations are subject to being locked in to their price, but did not give me a reason that my reservation would be nearly five times the price even when I provided screenshots. And if it was because they didn't know, they could have tried to look into it. But all I got out of the conversation is that reserving a ride through Uber is a scam.

User's recommendation: If you plan to try and reserve, make sure to compare the price. It might not be worth it.

Uber charged my card and couldn't provide a driver

I set up a ride on the UBER app and UBER charged my card. Then, sent me a text on the App stating that they had no drives at that time to try again later but, since they charged my card I don't have the money to get a ride from UBER. And, they are refusing to send a driver nor refund my money. So, word of warning don't trust ANY COMPANY BASED OUT OF CALIFORNIA, THEY WILL SAY ONE THING AND DO ANOTHER.

Billed twice

So far on the 18th of January Uber took the $17.63 out of Uber Cash plus the $1.00 tip. Then when I went to the bank they told me Uber also took the $17.63 and the $1.00 tip out of my checking account. I contacted Uber and they claim it is an bank error. Bank told me they never retracted the fee. So I tried to contact Uber again and I have not received an answer
