That was All my money so I was not able to pay for another Uber this was in Cleveland Ohio I was going to Akron Ohio had to be to work they were late they never even return my money and I almost got fired from my job

I cancelled the Uber pass many times via phone support and was charged every month. I had to call about it monthly because I wasn’t using it

The details are that your customer service do not communicate that they cant do it from their end. Secondly the website and app are completely unintuitive and I cant find anything on either one.

Uber car drive to fast needs to slow down

Uber driver was drinking completely fast!!! I have two little girls I was traveling with the ride wasnt pleasant at all! Ask him could he slow down and he told its his car he can do what he want!!! I left Lyft to start traveling w/ Uber. This is insane can I have my money back or be compensated with a free ride insane!

You are not entitled to both your money back, and a free ride. In fact you are not entitled to either, since you choose to stay in the vehicle. If the issue is that you cannot afford Uber, then walk, take public transit or hitchhike.

Fraud and zero customer care reach

There is no way to contact any customer care. Only few inbuilt options has given in app. I had paid twice for the same ride so many times as they mentioned 'you haven't paid for your last trip' as if their driver will let me go freely without paying. There is no way of keeping your complaint and point in front of anyone. They must provide a valid consumer care no. And start using some sensible eligations on consumer. How can any driver let go of a person without paying.

REPITITED CHARGES

I was debited twice for a ride on my USD master card in Canada on march 1st by 3:18 and3:55 pm for the same ride at 22.59USD and 22.95USD respectively. Could this be verified and refunded as soon as possible. Thanks.

Never received food

Uber - Never received food
Never received any messages or calls from my driver that food was delivered. I looked, and it said that it was marked as delivered/complete. Looked out my door and nothing. Not even at any of my neighbors doors, and I went two buildings down on both sides.d9nt do it I had to basically jump through hoops to get a hold of customer service. Having no number to call and having to download the app for chat.... come on guys, really?? What should have happened is my order should have been 100% refunded, and then a new order should have been replaced on Uber Eats dime... With how much you charge in fees, you should have covered this. I can't tell you how often this happens. I hate using your services.

They have poor customer service and they take your money with little to no explanation. I believe that the people working for the company are from Pluto because of the lack of communication skills shown by the company. The best part of your service is the food your pick up and drop off. Mindless behavior!

Taxi never turned up

I ordered a taxi. I expected to receive a quote before my taxi turned up. I was charged for my taxi $196.00 But my taxi never turned up. I had to drive myself to the airport and leave my car in a long stay car park.

Bag left behind and there is no way to contact someone to resolve.

No one to call or write about bag left behind. I am sure I am not the first person to do so. Unfortunately I did not order the Uber so they want me to become a member for them to respond.

Uber stopped accepting my rides AFTER confirming them with no reason 2 weeks ago, trying to blame it on my 3 means of payment, without backup

Two weeks ago, Uber began processing and confirming my rides, trying to blame my debit cards and Paypay. I called my bank 3 times--each time my cards and finances verified perfect by bank;noted that prob- lem was with Uber. I have perfect 5.0 rating at that company and NO ONE will respond or explain or CORRECT PROBLEM! Why? This is undeserved customer treatment by this business!

Poor service

on 2/11/22 "Md" parked across the street from me and refused to move. I had to cross a busy and dangerous street to get to him. when I mentioned this to him he told me that Uber never gives the exact location of the fare and that it was too difficult for him to move. I this is a lie. this morning when I tried to Uber to work I had a prompt to use facial recognition software to verify my mask. I couldn't get it to work (I was covering the top part of my face but the mask was there). I read that this would happen if I didn't wear a mask on a trip. I always do. so who said I didn't? if it was "Md" then you have a problem. don't use UBER if they start usin d Roger Wooden Md
