Someone's using my personal verification information

I have had several compromises to my credit card from Uber eats an Uber that I have not used. My credit card has changed after closing three different times the account in the last two weeks. This continues.

Complaint about drivers for pick up of groceries

I work in a grocery store, and your drivers are the RUDEST people when doing shipping for anyone else. They are entitled, impatient and just plain rude. They are unwilling to look around the store for the items they are supposed to pick up, instead they monopolize employee time to look for everything for them. They get offended when someone speaks up to their wasting store employees time. And to get in touch with someone to register a complaint is a joke - a simple phone number without needing the app.i'm.not looking for a ride, just someone to make a complaint with

This impatient child gave me a thumbs down for telling the truth. If they cannot find the items they want, they can ask mom or dad(the OP). I am sure there are other employees lying around.

I had three driver canceled trips. The first one was 9 minute wait. The second was a 9 minute wait and the third was a 5 minute wait. Then a three minute wait until the car actually arrived. I arrived 18 minutes late to a doctors appointment. The appointment was cancelled. Not only did I miss the appointment but I had to pay a round trip for no reason!!! The trip should have taken 10 minutes I would like a refund for the useless trip

You are NOT entitled to a full refund if you accepted the ride. Walk, or take public transit if you cannot afford their pricing.

Card was charged for no reason

My husband set a time for me to get picked up and I didn't know it and I ordered an uber myself but I was charged three times on my card prices ranging from $12 to $16 and I only got in one uber this morning on 05-27-2023 with Justin and paid $16.98 but was charged three other times.

User's recommendation: Ask your spouse to let you know if they have ordered an uber for you before you order one.
