Charged for drivers mistakes and incompetence. Continued attempted charges. Poor customer service. Irresistible drivers.

User's recommendation: Figure it out and do your jobs. I'm certain I'm not the only customer who has complaints. And stop attempting charges on my card!!. Hire veterans more responsible drivers!

Charged for Uber drivers mistake

Never showed up (4 drivers) and charged me for their cancellation and going to the wrong pickup address saved on profile. Made me wait 2 hours in freezing cold weather at 6am and continue to try to charge my card and blame me when the address is 100% accurate and I'm a 5 star customer.

User's recommendation: Don't bother. Be very careful.

Driver did not show up at assigned time to take us to airport. Driver was going to be 15 minutes late and we would have missed our flight.

Driver was supposed to pick us up between 4:15 and 4:25 am for us to be at Portland Maine Jetport at 4:45am. Driver was not going to show up to pick us up until 4:45am and we would have missed our flight as we wouldn't have arrived at the airport until 5:05 am. Called driver at 4:15am and he was driving another customer around. Poor scheduling on the part of Uber since I made us the reservation 2 weeks prior to pick up.D

Wow, even with the driver on time, you may not have made your flight. Plan ahead and arrive extra early.

Uber is attempting to charge extra

I ordered Uber eats and was charged $83 for an order that was $25 also you guys charge $20.94 for what ? Double charged me for a fare trip of 32.90 I use this service all the time but I cannot if I cannot get my money back should not be any reason as to why $86 was taken out for a $25 charge. I use this service daily I would like to be treated fairly thank you.

Charging me for inconvenience when she was never waiting for me

I ordered an Uber today and she canceled on me when she was going the complete opposite way and didn't even wait for me outside and now I have a pending amount of 6.00 because she was supposedly waiting for me when she was not. I have cameras at my house. I received an email from Uber saying we charged 6$ for the drivers inconvenience for waiting more than 5 min when she never waited or even stopped she was going a different way.

Uber - Dispute charges wrongfully charged
I have a charge of $199.00. I tried to use Uber on April 1,in Florida but could never make contact with anyone. Someone from Helpinseconds attempted to reach them. I never heard from them in time to get the airport so made other arrangements. I was charged this amount on April 9.

Un known charges $ 24.99

I activate my account after long time and the ride was $10.74 and right next to my ride I found out Uber pass charge for 24.99 which is that I dont know it what that for and I trust you guys will resolve these issue ASAP and thank you for the quick response

I have a charge on my bank account for a service I never received I gave all the details plus sent a picture to your services and they said it was for a pass and it was a monthly reoccurring charge it would be happening I dont have I just got an account this morning so I could get in to talk to someone I did not have an account somebody has used my card or something I want my money back Im pissed off
