As of my last contact with them, I was told that I can't use the service until I pay them for the ride. There was no further discussion about the reason I reversed charges, nor did they apologize for the problem. They just treated me like I had scammed them out of $15

Can’t contact any one to find out where my order is

I have been on the phone trying to find out when my order will be delivered. It has been 40 minutes on the phone, called 4 x ,3 of which I got disconnected, 3x trying to do it by your chat that was a joke because they told me I would have to pay a dollar in order to continue my conversation. When I tried again it would not allow me to chat any more. This is really badly customer service. I love lily but I think your customer serve stinksAngry

Fraudulent activity

I dont have an account with uber. Some is doing all this fraudulent activity without my permission. You UBER do not provide a direct number and completely are out of touch. Be a customer that that never used this company and try to contact them is impossible in a stressful situation. I will give 2 working days then I will contact the FTC and BBB and any state authorities that can bring your lack of able to respond with a person.

Driver left me

I added a second drop off to my ride and when I got to my first place your driver just left me with my stuff in his vehicle he was rude he accused me of getting a ride from him yesterday and leaving her calling and complaining about her saying he never picked me up but she never gave me a ride before hes an absolutely rude driver and you guys are retarded for having him still work for you
