I just I bought a $15 f*****I need my money so I can take my ride I bought a gift card I don't have an ID and that's why I'm about the gift card I just want to get my ride and I'm too messing with Uber

About Long trip

I feel that I am not getting long trips, I work for 9-10 hours everyday and earlier there were 3-4 long trips which are not happening now.did you stop my long trip . Kindly look the matter

Seeing if I'm eligible to drive yet

I have not heard anything back to see if I'm eligible to drive for Uber. Can someone call me please? We should be able to talk to a live person and check on that status right away.

Customer service sucks. I can't get anyone on the phone or get an email address or a live chat. They make it impossible to cancel my account.

I am trying to cancel my uberpass. I attempted to do it months ago and thought it went through. Now I am noticing that it still being charged to my credit card. Now I'm reading online that I have to cancel the uberpass in the same city or country where I signed up. I've already wasted an hour running in circles trying to cancel this. There is no working number for phone support. I can't find an email address. I keep getting pushed to uber.help.com and its useless. Now I will have to go to my credit card company to block uber.

User's recommendation: cancel your uberpass before you leave the city where you subscribed.

I took a trip for $11 and little with my card that ended in 9831, but then I added another address to that same trip, but for this payment I changed the payment method and used my card that ended in 8213, which was charged 24.91. It turns out that after I finished the trip, the Uber application tells me that I have to pay for this trip when they already charged it from my card! So I need them to fix the system, I don't know, but they should take away the fact that I have to pay because I already paid it and I have proof that that amount was charged to my card.
