Driver never showed up

I would like a complete refund! I stood outside for 30 mins an there was no cars onthe street. My driver was nowhere to be found an I feel like I got over charged. Being that I had to pay twice to get another driver to come back out to pick me up.. I would greatly appreciate a full refund for both trips!

Well I got deactivated from my account because I had to many cancel trips... but it was an honest mistake... my vehicle was having issues and I was axtius to go driving everything I thought I fixed it without testing to see if I could make long trips... now I've got everything fixed and want to drive but the account won't let me, I've talked to the people about it but they haven't responded back...

I was accused as a driver of driving wrong car

Hi Im Cynthia Matthews I drove for Uber 2 years and I was accused of driving incorrect car the customer ride was paid by the family of theirs the rider stated was canceled by many drivers so I explained I must be the last one who didnt cancel the prior ones did Im the correct one but the payee thought I was the previous one whom cancel so she put wrong vehicle report but wax too late to delete it or she may thought th wouldnt get in trouble after I explained I been with Uber 2 years 7000 trips and only these complaints which I feel I should look in to my situation as what work I done and record Im deactivated without understanding why I cant even do ubereats then go back to driving I was deactivated all together? I was in correct vehicle I dont understand

Theres always a overcharge and yes I have always put a complaint but because it keeps happening! I have pictures of the charge upfront and always I get a different receipt with a different charge. This is getting to a point where is getting ridiculous and being say this I would like to sent the pictures where I get charge a different price upfront.

No result

I rang on my wifes phone when my phone was lost and I couldnt get an anyone to contact the driver to see if my bag with the phone had been found. I dealt with 3 chat agents, Annan,Jomar and John.

John did his best but the other 2 closed the chat without helping me. Each time I was given a link to fix the problem I ended up in the same Catch 22 situation. Anna said someone would contact me but no one did. John gave me a link and very good instructions on what to do but what he said was in the link, wasnt.

There must be some way you can make it easier for riders who leave their phones in a car to access their account. I couldnt even email you because to get onto Gmail I had to confirm a code sent to my missing phone. All in all it was a frustrating day and it was all my fault.

I hadnt lost my phone,it was in my wifes mobility walker and I had forgotten I put it there. My bad but the issue of accessing my account without my phone still remains.

That is what it seems like, but give them come credit at least. At least they are admitting to a fault rather than blaming the driver.

Lost my mobile in cab uber go

I want to complaint of the Driver Name Rinku Gupta on 25/7/23 we had our trip to Borivali Kora Kendra pulse diagnostic while getting down at 12.24 we got from cab and and forgot our new mobile worth 30000 in the cab only back seat and in 2 mins we called on our mobile but it's was continuous ringing but the driver was not picking the phone then we took help from uber app and they gave his no at 1.30 pm and we were continuous calling him but he is not picking the phone at 3.00 pm he called we told to search in back seat he was on the phone only he told he is not able to find it and same movement he hang the phone and same time our phone is also switched off and he is also not picking the phone alteast 100 times pls help us to get phone if he want extra tip we will give him as all our work no is in that and nobody from your customer service is calling us please help

They change me twice
