I was charged for a ride that didn't take
I was charged for a ride I didn't take. I was charged for a ride in council bluffs, lA I'm in Omaha. We I ride in Uber we pay upfront how is it we have to wait serval days to pay for the ride
User's recommendation: Don't take a ride. Make sure the money is taken off right then and there.

I left my phone the driver refused to return it he answer it 3 times he told me to call customer service.I did still having received my phone worth 1100 dollars had to purchase new thru issuance which cause me 221.00

I sill having got my phone back .Your driver kept my phone after answering it 3 time still refused to return it .Therfore he is a thief he shouldnt be able to drive Uber.

Driver denied to on ac and agreed after talking to customer executive and then taken unwanted long route which exhausted me as am fasting

Driver kept on cancelling and forwarding to other drivers who also did the same for 25 min
I booked Uber on 25 th April in Gurgaon. The driver said he is reaching in 5 min and then cancelled. Automatically another driver was assigned who also did the same . After hearing the same response from 4 drivers I took another transport and reached home . But these drivers 4.5,6th kept on calling that I have to cancel the ride. I cant understand why I should pay cancellation charges if they are cancelling. Very bad experience with Uber. Dont want to avail your facility again Kindly look into the matter so that these drivers dont misuse the service given to them. Regards Shivani 971101****
