Can't get response regarding bag left in Uber
Immediately after my Uber dropped me off I realized Id left my bag but have gotten no response from Uber or from him although I reported it many times. It was nov.11 in Maui. His name is Sawyer. He doesnt have his voicemail set up! I had a iPad and wallet in the bag!!

They don’t care about customers or delivery people

I works for Uber eats and the camera wouldnt work because I had no Internet connection and when I called to complain and show them the pictures of the delivered orders they canceled two of the orders by accident and I never got paid for it also if you complain as a customer about the food they give you a hard time to get your money back even when you show them pictures

Regarding extra/double payment to a cab driver through paytm

I took a cab on 14/09/21 (Maruti Suzuki Alto) which costs me around Rs. 492.10. I paid the amount in cash to that driver on the same day but when I reopened the app to take a new ride this Rs 492.10 amount was showing pending. So by mistake I paid that pending amount thinking that it is of current booking ride. I already lodge a complaint from my app and tried calling uber india customer care number but it's been more than 2 weeks that I still didn't get any resposne. I request you to please look into the matter and do the needful as soon as possible. Thanks!

Quoted one fare and was charged a different amount

I was quoted $189.00 which was ridiculous price in the first place. To pick me and my friends up from a concert. When I looked at me receipt I was charged $306.00. The driver was awesome and I know this wasnt his fault. The prices kept changing and kept saying no driver available. Nothing like gouging us consumers.

User's recommendation: Would recommend because this doesn’t happen all the time.

Unparliamtary Language by Sriver

I bonked uner can from thane east to Hdil residency PARK1 on 21.11.2021 at 4 45 pm.aapx.Vehicle took more than 45 minutes to come to destination till time I booked uber auto rickshaw and set up to destination. Then after 45 minutes I got a call from the no +912235****83 from driver and I responded politely.He used very unparliamtary language and told put off phone. Fare issue

This is second time now i paid cash to the driver and then i get message on my uber app to initialize the payment it means i have two pay fare twice is this a way to treat your customers. If this happens again i have to take serious action on this.

Complaint against Uber

Your driver's don't accept rides for hrs I don't know this prblm is of yr drivers or your app itself but I have faced a lot of prblm bcz of this . At times your driver's after accepting the ride call in order to knw the pick up and destination and thn say it directly that they won't take the ride and ask the customer to cancel the ride bcz they don't want to go . I mean what is this behaviour if you are not ready to serve your customers well tell us we will uninstall yr app . Why to wait for hrs on to get a confirmation of a ride .
