i have a license with everything but my uber eats not working i dont know why so i dont do wrong with order and anything and i dont have any wrong report everything is ok but my app is not working long time can you do something for me plc i need work and make money plc

My Uber Driver was speeding and Driving reckless
My driver was driving reckless and at a high speed he would not allow me to add a stop it when I did add a stop he took my money and never took me to the location I added

I got charged 2 times for 1 trip
I took an Uber I ordered one after the party this past sunday morning for my friend and the first time a good tip but now I see all my statements for my debit got charged again the $64.70 twice i would love a full refund because my drive was amazing

Unhappy with extra charges on my card
My reservation confirmed but never received a driver confirmation. Had to cancel 11:00 am ride and placed an earlier ride. At 11:00 am drivers kept contacting me and left after 5 minutes. I request this $34.00 on my charge card removed because of Ubers negligence in handling my my first time reservation.

Lack of website information about scheduled trips
Early on in September, I booked an Uber trip to JFK for picking me up on the 6th October at my house at 4:45 AM from my house at 103 South Avenue, New Canaan CT. Few days before the due date, I tried to check on the UBER App, if the booking is registered or still valid. There was absolutely no record on the APP about my forthcoming trip. So I assumed it is cancelled, when I was surprised to get a call from the driver at 4:30 am on the 6 October, which I had to cancel. I felt bad for the driver. What is the way to find out if a forward date scheduled booking for a trip is still scheduled. I would have thought the UBER APP will show that my trip is scheduled.

Need to change credit card information. Old card was stolen. From a rider's point of view, changing a credit card is not easy.

Left purse in the car
I was able to talk to the driver and he returned to the location with my purse. I could not be happier with the services I received from the uber driver he was the BEST!

Driver 20 min late
My friend and I scheduled an Uber for 4:00pm and the Uber driver on Uber showed he was going to be 20 minutes late. We had reserved many hours in advance and we had to leave by 4 to get to our flight. Driver would not answer our call as he said his English was bad . No worries we found another ride and had to leave but I do appreciated that Uber credited my account and this was resolved quickly

Uber driving me crazy about things that i don’t owe them and this is the second time they do it
uber driving me crazy i was checking on my account in Credit one bank and see uber said i owe them $24.99 on October 20 $8.26 on October 10 and $24.99 on October 9 I only use uber on October 21 for $7.66 at 3.25 pm and on the October 21 $8.26 at 4.10 pm
