Charged for travel when Tyre of vehicle was damaged....

We booked a cab to ride from Ruby hospital in Pune to khamseth lonavla.....The tyre of the uber got punctured after traveling only 4kms. The driver said the Stepney is also punctured. So he told us to book another cab which we did & reached khamseth..... Was surprised when we got a payment arrears of Rs.33/44ps. as charges for the ride. We are unable to use Uber as they demand the arrears payment. So we have stopped using uber services now..... If you can waive that payment we will start using ur services again.....thanks Ananthram 877952**** chembur Mumbai

I was ready to pay online but driver requested cash. I paid him cash. But your site showing unpaid whole day i can't book another. I paid again online.

Poor customer service

It is impossible to contact customer service for help. Ask you to sign into your Google account and when I did it sent me on an endless loop it kept me Poor customer servicesigning into my Google account. I never get a chance to make my complaint

I have lots of experience with Uber

My documents are not fraudulent, theres a huge error and I just want to work. I worked for Uber for 7 years with no issues until now, and its not my fault.

User's recommendation: Always use Uber X, you might get a luxury vehicle for the same price.

Feb 22 2022 I was charged twice for one ride.

The morning of February 22, 2022 I booked a ride for my uncle and the first attempt I had to cancel due to my uncle wasnt ready and when I tried to book it a second time maybe a half an hour later it jumps from $20 to $55. Reluctantly I bought the $55 ride from my uncle and I still was charged for the first ride of $20 that I cancel and the 55$ ride also.

User's recommendation: Beware there is no one to handle your problem at the time of your discrepancy and it takes a week to be emailed back about your problem so be 100% sure that you need that right at that time.
