Disappointed!!

After trying to apply for a delivery driver position with Uber, I am very very disappointed! I have spoken to over 50 Uber support team members which my issue was having my Maiden name on my Social Security card so I was told to send in a photo of my original Social Security card, and a document proving my identity which I did and they told me that was all they needed. Then my background check would go through I sent in the information reluctantly, because I know for security purposes you are not supposed to send in or give anybody your Social Security number, after receiving miss information from many support team agents, I was finally told by one of your support team members who was very nice and told me he was going to escalate my issue. He said I would receive an email where because I had a duplicate he was going to cancel the duplicate and when I receive the email to let him know, then I would be approved. I received the email. I am mediately called like I was told then I was told by another support team member, I was told wrong. The last support team member yesterday told me he would be able to resolve the issue so while I was on the phone with him, he said , my original Social Security card along with the document was all they needed and now all I needed to do was wait a couple of days then I would be approved and be on the road as an Uber delivery driver. He welcomed me and I was so excited only to wake up this morning to an email from Uber stating , due to my Social Security number issue they were unable to partner with me. I now I am changing my name on my Social Security card, so there will not be an issue verifying my identity. This will be taken care of in a couple of weeks. I would like to produce , the information needed so I can be an Uber delivery driver.

Problems with both way rides yeaterday

Please see conversation with your bot. I had several rides cancelled and long wait times. Actually ended up getting a ride home by sharing a ride with a worker from a restaurant after I waited for an hour in light rain. I want to compensated with guaranteed rides this evening with a black car each way. Ill pay them and tip but require the difference between that and Uber x to be refunded to me.

I want to find out what happened to my uber account

My Uber eat was removed from my app When I checked my email I discovered that my Uber eat account was flagged for a wrongful accusation This is too bad because I dont do any wrong I always call Uber support if ve any problem during my Uber eats delivery but even if I report delivery issues problem they still go ahead and accusing for nothing This is not just fair by punishing me for nothing.kindly investigate from the restaurant and the customer before accusing me for nothing sake

User's recommendation: Note that I can only deliver what I’m given from restaurant bcos I don’t know what or how many numbers of items in the order you can always find from the restaurant if the number of items given to is different from the number I delivered before you continue to accusing of fraud.

I ordered through Uber eats while Im San Francisco to have it delivered to my hotel. I also noted In the notes that I would be waiting by the lobby door. I received msg that Randy would be there in 10minutes . Went waited by the lobby door for 45 minutes to a hour. Saw and spoke to 3 other delivery guys none of which were for me. I can tell you what they were delivering wing stop, kfc anc pizza. After that I went back up to My room tried to get ahold of Uber eats they tell me my order was delivered I explained to them thats not true and why would I be calling you if I got my order. They said they would NOT refund my money. So I asked Uber where did my order go ? They never answered me after asking several times . Not to mention they took out for the tip Twice. So I spent $75 plus a tip and never recieved my order and they wont refund my money. As you will see one days $78 at 9:01 and the other days $83 at 9:01 and they still wont refund my money User's recommendation: No don’t use Uber for anything

Lost item in uber

I have not heard back from the driver, and have not gotten my lost cell phone back. I am travelling out of the country currently. Will return to the US in mid June. Hope to be in contact with Uber and the driver to resolve the issue of my lost cell. Thanks.

Charge back fiasco.

The other day I logged in to my Uber to make some money, only to realize my account had been blocked. After many lengthy and frustrating attempts to speak to an actual person to find out why, I was told 5 months ago I had allegedly disputed a charge for $354.16, which was returned to my back account. I have never disputed a single charge to Uber, let alone $354. The agent told me she would elevate this up to the appropriate team. I should wait for email. I received said email stating only, You owed $354.16. Would you like to put it on a different card than card on file. At least 5 times over the next week I responded with a copy of my bank account statements showing no disputes, chargebacks, or refunds. Said I had also spoke to my back and was told their have never been any disputes or refunds pertaining to Uber. To be responded to with the same, you own. Would you like to charge. Different card. No additional info. Several days attempts and conversations later the Uber agent said they would take care of the charge to me and reinstate my accounts, I could log in immediately. NOPE.couldnt log in. Still blocked. Started to get emails saying I owed $323.57 for the same reason. Im so over it at this point.

Someone's using my personal verification information

I have had several compromises to my credit card from Uber eats an Uber that I have not used. My credit card has changed after closing three different times the account in the last two weeks. This continues.

Complaint about drivers for pick up of groceries

I work in a grocery store, and your drivers are the RUDEST people when doing shipping for anyone else. They are entitled, impatient and just plain rude. They are unwilling to look around the store for the items they are supposed to pick up, instead they monopolize employee time to look for everything for them. They get offended when someone speaks up to their wasting store employees time. And to get in touch with someone to register a complaint is a joke - a simple phone number without needing the app.i'm.not looking for a ride, just someone to make a complaint with

This impatient child gave me a thumbs down for telling the truth. If they cannot find the items they want, they can ask mom or dad(the OP). I am sure there are other employees lying around.
