I cannot enter my updated payment method to use the service. The app rejects my new card. The company will lose business if a customer cant add a new card on file to use the service

I was waiting for the driver almost 30 minutes. Ive send to him several messages saying if he was coming for me. Its raining a lot and now Im Wet from the rain thanks to him. I want to report that driver, he is unprofessional.

Bogus charges

I have charges ran ran at different dates than their tips are being ran and double tips an atleast a couple also its still says pending on a ride i was seeing the price and wait time and accidentally pressed the ride and immediately cancelled I really dont want to go elsewhere but if I cant trust this service to not charge fictitious charges then Ill have to. Ill be patiently waiting a call or message to goninto details, dates, trips, and charges. Thank you for your time.

My employer gave me $50.00 with Uber weekly. I have tried to order needed groceries as advertised by your company. I have been completely unable to place an order online. I have been sent 3 different pass codes in two days. None of them has served to allow me to initiate an order. The platform is cumbersome and has not served me at all. My phone number is +154********

I want a refund

The driver driving. He run into the sidewalk I hit my head on his seat. Then about 1-2mins after he hit the curb. B was just sitting at green lights. In out out of traffic not staying in his lane while driving. Constantly slamming on his breaks.

I was terrified and overcharged

I was charged 28.76$ to go 5 miles. Desperate needs desperate measures. It was raining hard the driver didnt speak English which was not a problem until he refused to turn his windshield wipers on or defrost. You could not see out the driver window. I got out in the rain and walked the remanding mile

User's recommendation: Only use ride services as a last resort. This is common and price gouging is a acceptable thing in today’s society.

I would plan on another method of transportation. Only a fool would drive that far.

If the ride earned them on dollar outbound, they would earn nothing coming home. Not worth their time.

Uber comfort car supposed to arrive 4-4:10am; @ 4:07am quickly flashed across my screen, “No Comfort car available” .

At 4:07am flashed across my screen, no comfort cars available &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; when I looked at the Uber app, my reservation had been deleted. Not good when trying to get to Logan for a flight. I have not heard a word from Uber in response to this.
