Hi, I have paid him 160/- in cash, where it was 158/-, and he took the longer route, when zi had booked it showed it 138/-, when I asked the driver he said its showing 158/- now, it was his mistake to come in a longer route and wasted my time, I really want to escalate this issue, this is highly unprofessional, this happens only to me most of the time, guess should stop using UBER

Needing a ride late night

I have charge on my account, posted Today, my last ride was on 7/1.. Where did this charge come from?!!?. I guess I accidentally signed up for "uber eats pass". After chatting online with a customer service representative, they decided to refund me. I was quite Satisfied.

I have gone through 6 Google sites attempting to get a Customer Service number for Uber. One search had me chat and had to pay a dollar to be helped, I declined.Another, via third party "pissed" it's called, connected me to an "Emergency Critical Care" line. Which offered an automated voice with a prerecorded message. The message was regarding how to obtain "critical" "emergency" care by leaving information and being contacted later. How can it be this difficult to contact a company?

Lost phone in car

I had accidentally left my phone in a car on a Friday. The phone lost was the phone used with my Uber app. I was able to call my lost phone until the driver answered, and began a text conversation about retrieving the phone from another phone. He informed me that he will need to deliver the phone to Uber HQ for me to pick up. Using my only email address associated to an Uber account, I have been able to view from a computer my past trip information. I have taken several screen shots of exactly the trip taken when the phone was lost, and provided more information as needed. I have filled out the lost item form online and have been contacted via email multiple times, and was told by what appears to be a variety of automated responses that the email address is not the correct one associated with my account. Customer support, and any form of contact to Uber seems to be a dead end. Emails I get to my correct email address after filling out the online form for lost items are: "Due to our privacy policy, we will not be able to discuss the next steps or trip information in this thread since the trip was taken on a different account." "We've already an email with the next steps to the email address s*********f@***.com." The above email address starts and ends with the correct letters, but seems to be missing 1. However, it doesn't stop emails arriving from the account I am signed into, filling lost item forms on, and seeing my trip history on from reaching me. immediately. It is now impacting my ability to work.

"Get pissed off " At who, the FOOL that left their junk behind in another person's car? You're lucky the driver didn't just turn the thing off.

No One wants to stop making money because of a moron blowing up a phone and expecting immediate help.

Personally, I would have set it on the curb for you to retrieve. Please let everyone know not to be an idiot and leave stuff behind.

Uber service in MAD

Requested a drive with Uber in MAD, first driver canceled for no reason, second driver assigned went the opposite way, tried to call him and he didnt answered his phone, sent a message that something was wrong with his car and to call another driver, when tried to cancel him in order to call another driver the app was asking me to accept a cancellation fee of 3.50 euros for cancelling this call, ended up taking a cab since it was stuck in the second driver, 25 mins. later a third driver was waiting for me, cancelled him

Case solved. Driver took care and the phone recovered, excellent service from driver and Uber customer service (the second person the second time call) the first time was an Indian (from India country) she was rude, nasty, i couldn't understand what that *** she was saying, she was stupid and *** she did hang up on me. On my second call the new customer service was nice, professional, spoke inglish, and smart angel voice
