Was charged for ride I didn't take

On 4/24 i was charged 20.37 for a ride i did not take. After contacting uber, i was told they would not refund my account due to the ride being close to my address. What kind of bs is that. Uber is *** wrong and im cancelling my account with them. Horrible customer service

Driver Never Showed

I reserved a ride to Denver International airport at 5:15 AM. Ride was confirmed. The driver never showed up and I had to reserve another ride. Luckily I allowed for plenty of time to make my flight!

Charges on. Card

Once you have someone's payment method you just go KRAZY on it! Drivers did NOT pick me up and you charged me for that! NOT Good Business for my FIRST time using Uber! And NO WHERE to submit my Discount code! Very BAD Business practices! The 2 Drivers that I did have were very good! I Thank GOD for them! Driver has my property

Phone feel out my pocket on 04/25/2022 between 5:00-6:00 PM I used the (Lost Item) in app option about 10 times sofar and spoke to in app customer service atleast 5 times since yesterday and they keep saying they cant get in contact with their on employee...this is not a personal phone its contracted and from my work ..the phone absolutely must be returned asap i was able to track my phone with the driver for awhile yesterday evening and seem some one connected a spectrum wifi connection to it..i need that phone.

Didnt receive funds

My order was completely wrong. Was supposed to get full refund and 5 dollar credit. And didn't receive neither.
