Would not take my call

Need to change credit card information. Old card was stolen. From a rider's point of view, changing a credit card is not easy.

User's recommendation: Not sure yet. I’ll have to see how much of a hassle this is.

Need to discontinue Uber Pass

I couldnt cancel my Uber pass before I was charged. I wasnt intended to go past the trial period with the Uber pass.

Having trouble with Uber

We have issue with our Uber account, my husband have already updated all his information and did the background check I want to talk to someone directly we have been had trouble with Uber account I really want to speak to someone about the account Because checker says to contact Uber I will do appreciate someone call us or I can call and just give me a number to call I keep trying to call it says download the app of help and then go on there will help you then it doesnt

Uber is trying to charge me too much for a fair that I take frequently try to get in contact with them I got no response Uber is really not here for you they're trying to rip you off

Wrong food delivered

Wrong dinner meal delivered. Dinner left at front door, driver did not ring doorbell. Terrible service, no communications with me. Very hard for a customer to call Uber customer service to discuss this problem!!!

Cancelation fee

The driver went to a different location about 2 blocks away. I texted him our location and 5 or 10 minutes later my ride was canceled. I had to call again to get back to the hotel. I called the only number I could find and it was no longer in service. Then I got a message to them on Sunday, today I got an email from uber and they want me to write down what happened but there was no place to Type anything. I don't think I'll use uber again.

Account disable

Hi Uber after multiple attempts . I haven t receive any response about my rider Uber account . It really need to be addressed . I recently travel out the country and used my Uber rider account .. I think the system flag an error and disable my rider Uber account And affect it my driver account made several calls emails requesting assistance reset my password several times with no luck I cant sign in on both accounts my driver partner and my rider account ( both accounts been disable ) because the rider account got disable and affect it my driver account .still havent receive any responses please contact me for further details how can I get back on the road and start working again with my driver account!I need u guys to reinstate both accounts to fully functions..thank you

Driver never showed

The driver couldn't come and eventually canceled the ride but I was charged nonetheless. I disputed it on the Uber app and was issued a credit to my Uber wallet but based on this experience I'm not likely to use Uber again. I would like the credit to go to my credit card.

Charged for a ride never received

I got charged for a ride never received and I really was angry at them because they never gave me rude and had to pay 40 dollars.

Fool, the only people you need to talk to is your bank or whoever issued the card. To uber, the transactions are legit.

Only an idiot wouldn't understand their card has been compromised, probably by someone you know. Have the bank close the card and send you a new one before your account is drained and the bank says you're in on it.
