Driver did not come for airport pick up on July 30. At least for a long time. I had to call a Lyft

Early morning July 30 I had a call Lynn, I called the night before to make sure I had a plan to make, driver was supposed to arrive between 855 and 9:05 AM. He did not arrive within that time so since I did not want to be late, I called a Lyft who was there immediately. I did not think he would charge me but you did. $26+. I would like to have the $26 refunded to my account. Please contact me, my email address again is GM Kelly 113@***.com

Can't find access to UBER GIFT CARDS/ ACCOUNT

In Sept 2021, added 2 Uber Gift Cards in app account. Have changed phone number since then. New phone number is verified with Uber Code.

Carged way to much

28/10 was charged 24.82 23/10 same house same drop off. 14.57 you got to be kidding me uber. I'm just not going to cop it ill just go to didi or sone els

Because the $24.99 and $36 nsf fee by bank was for NO SERVICE

Charge for NO SERVICE, when no Uber cars in my area, so should have said at beginning that no Uber cars in my area

Charged $24.99 for nothing

Temporary hold of $9.14 placed on my debit card. After message of: no vehicle available in your area, I attempted to use Deluxe Uber; no vehicles in your area message, yet I was charged total of $24.99 for NO SERVICES PROVIDED! I demand refund of $24.99.

Complain

Basically what happened is that Uber suddenly took $64 from my account even though I didnt not use Uber and it was not from a previous ride or Uber eats. I am student and ever dollar matters so this cant happen. When I contacted customer service and told them my issue, they stopped answering. This is so unprofessional !
