To claim one trip I didn't used
Hi! I am still waiting for your response about the trip that I didn't take it on 11/12/2021 but you took from my account $99.00. I double checked with my bank about that and they confirmed that this amount was took by Uber. They start an investigation but they said it better to contact you about that, it gonna be more fast to get my money back. So please can you give me a response. Thank you and have a good day.

Please call me @614-207-****. I am trying to get a refund and Im not getting g no help! My email is hunterdemon39@***.com. I am being charged for a ride I never took! This is not the way to handle customer complaints through emails, absolutely disgusting of how your company treats customers! You guys are worse than a regular cab drivers!

Drivers call to check the drop location and whether we are paying through cash or uber money.. then cancel the trip frequently

Higher price charged , without my concent
I have booked your cab for Ram vihar in delhi on 31st Nov, at the time of booking my invoice was 4s 681/- for which I confirm my booking, but when I reached my destination the amount shown Rs 1063.11 which was really very shocking for me. I have paid the bill and sent request to support for refund the amount excess charged from me, plz refund my excess amount as earliest so that I can continue keep my faith with UBER. Auto driver don't pick up the call and not doing cancel..why I pay cancel charge..
I book auto,Driver confirm my booking,but neither he came or not he cancelled..when I try to cancel then show me to pay first 20 rupees for cancellation charge. Why I chare.. it's Driver fault..

He took long route n when I told him he’s arguing with me he took extra money from me he was drunk I was feeling so unsafe ths is security issues n vry bad experience from Uber
He was drunk n took long route n when I told him its ur mistake he was arguing with me he raised his voice n it was vry insecure for me I had a worst experience from Uber n still my issue has not resolved... he took extra money from me when I told him its ur mistk why u hv not follow the map I told him call Uber customer care he refused n told me u hv to pay this amount or else Ill not allow u to go... this is Uber app drivers treat customer ths is vry bad n unsafe... I want my money back n I want ull to punish him for this behaviour

We have a pet that we need to bring with us on our next Uber ride. The Uber website says they offer Pet Friendly Rides. I am not seeing that option on the app or the site when I am booking. Please clarify how we can make sure the driver will accept a pet before their arrival for the ride. Thank you kindly.

I booked uber for Ahmedbad airport intercity but driver misguide me and told me that u have to book gointercity. And then he told me I will drop u directly and this will be charged
