Poor service

After 2 months, my issue has not been addressed. No one from Uber has gotten back to me. Nothing has been resolved. There is no ability to contact Uber directly. JC

My driver never showed up

I asked for two stops my driver took me one place and took me back home I then showed her on my app that it was two stops she said she was going home she was done for the day

They say that the rides to and from Walgreens for vaccination is free, but I was charged. I want my money back.

Refund

I called the Uber driver twice stood out in the cold and rain while he drove passed me. I called to tell him he drove passed me and to turn around and instead of turning around he drove somewhere else and then told me he couldnt find me. At that point, he said he would cancel the trip and I told him I wasnt paying for a trip I didnt take. He told me that I wouldnt be charged yet I was charged because he didnt come get me. Im requesting a refund.

User's recommendation: I would NEVER consider or recommend Uber to anyone. Next time I will try Lyft. This is ridiculous!

My order never arrived

My order never arrive and the person that has to deliver it, claim that I didnt answer when the truth is that he never came or even called me to my number after that Uber blocked my account and I can log in to make a claim and the phone numbers are out of service.

UBER MUST DELETE THOSE CUSTOMER SERVICE 800 NUMBERS AS THEY ARE NOT IN SERVICE ANYMORE.

I WAS TRYING MULTIPLE TIMES TO CHANGE MY CREDIT CARD TO A NEW CARD BUT UNSUCCESSFUL. I TRIED TO CALL THOSE 800 NUMBERS BUT THEY ARE ALL OUT OF SEVICE. CHANGING MY PAYMENT METHOD KEYING THE NEW CC NUMBERS WON'T GO THROUGH. WILL YOU PLEASE HELP. THANK YOU.

Awareness.

They have a bad habit of just adding additional charges on my credit card when they feel like it. And when you try to dispute the charge, they make it impossible to do so. Each time you ride uber and use your credit card, make sure you check your statement. Their billing practice is suspect.
