Unable to establish an account with Uber for rides

I have attempted to establish an account to get a ride for hours. I repeatedly get the message saying there is an error. I have also tried to find a number where I could talk to a real person. If there is such a number Im not able to locate it. Very poor customer service. Actually there is no customer service.

The App said trip charge was $22 but they charged my account $38. No response from Uber. They think they can charge what ever they want despite the original agreed on price.

I was charged 9.99 and did not authorize it. Of course you cant get thru to people to explain this fee. I will have my credit card refuse payment and drop Uber! There are other options out there

Left my phone in Uber but I wasn't the 1 who set up my Uber ride

So on the 22 I left my phone in my Uber ride with Yosdany however I wasn't the person who set up my Uber ride it was set up by my methadone clinic so I don't know how to reach anyone to get my phone back.

It's about cancellation charge.. Due to rain and time and place no drivers accepted ride later it automatically got booked without my knowledge.. Kindly waive off charge else will switch to ola or other services

Too many charges in one day on my account

I took a ride in your Uber on the 27th on one way then I came back again so that was just two ways but you have four charges on my account so this is not the first time this has happened I need you to take those two charges off there's only two times that I rode on the 27th

Getting to NYC from NJ is difficult.

Drivers show up at pick up spot then say theyre not going to NYC. More than one can go do do for the same trip, making passengers late for appointments. Your drivers say UBER has had many complaints about this, but has done nothing, so I take local taxis most of the time. If UBER fixes this youll be a rated a 10

Uber didn't give me a ride because I'm 16. I want a refund for my ride

My daughter and her friend had requested an Uber ride to get home. Once the Uber driver got there, my daughter got in with her friend. Uber asked them how old they are. My daughter answered 16. Then the Uber driver told them to exit the car. Theyve already been charged
