I have paid charged
From 20/04/2022 tilldate I am unable to book Uber because of company's mistake.I have paid full amount of Rs 562/-but it shows that I am due of Rs261.42/-Don't know the reason.

I paid for the trip which I didn't even took
I booked a cab, but the cab didn't arrived and the amount of cab was automatically deducted from my bank account... Even the amount is not minimal. Please help me in refunding the amount at the earliest.

Complaint and refuse to be charged
Over charged and misbehaviour by the driver.harrased us threatened us and charged us 130 rps more than the fare.he was just not right man.i request you to look into this matter and if behaves in future good elsewise he maybe de listed from uber fleet.plus the money we paid extra be refunded to us.

Overcharged
Several times I've have been charged extra on my account. This is after my trip is over a few hours later I get a notification saying my transaction from uber has been updated. Sometimes it's only a few cents to a few dollars. Here is a screen shot of a few of them.
User's recommendation: As soon as your trip is over unlink your credit/debit card from the app so you're not charged extra.

No help with a refund for ride I never took.
I was charged $24.99 for a Uber ride on the 27th of this month. I have not been in an Uber for months. My account cleared the 2499. Nobody can get on the phone and help me to get a refund for a ride I never took! I dont know if my card has been hacked or if this was in a charge that I was unaware of? I wish somebody would call me and let me know how I could resolve this. The website is not helpful! I have been on the website trying to find where to go for the past hour and a half

Do not ever use Robert may have taken the fourth item I dont know the bag was never stapled but when we called him he said thats all they gave me I gave him a good rating and also a good tip she on me I shouldve checked before he left but its my own fault thank you

Driver took money twice
On last Tuesday morning (9.0 am), I had a trip from neeri Colony to railway station Nagpur. For payment I have opted for online mode but still driver took cash from me of same amount(81 rupees). Please give possible solution to me.
