Verified ReviewerUber is not working
There is literally no customer service and they flag an account for violating terms of use but won't tell you what you did to violate it. I did nothing wrong except replace my cell phone with a new device with the same number and updated my password.
I am locked out of my device now and receive an error message when I try to book rides and/or food from UberEATS. I've send dozens of messages through the help section in the app, I've called and spoke to someone who basically said there's help for drivers but not customers.
It's so crazy that big companies like Uber can get away with virtually no repercussions at all since there's no department to handle complaints and technical problems. Business at your own risk!
