I am *** pissed with Uber and am going to the news station and social media if I dont get a *** call back! It has been three weeks! I just want to know if I left something in the car! I have contacted the driver and Uber and have got no response!

My card was declined trying to get a ride. So I let my girlfriend call one for me. I rode in the Uber she called for me. But I got changed for the one the declined on my card first.

I have been charged for my service on 10-8-2021, and now I was debited again with $22.43 I paid $10.95 for my trip, I asked the Uber driver to take me back home and I sent another $10 via cash app for my returning fee because my card was unable to process the payment !

Uber number is only for drivers,1

Uber has charged my acct 3 times that add up to over $100. This person was of no help since the number is only for drivers. They absolutely have no phone number to call for customer issues and I'm not even a customer but some how my acct was charged. I've never even ridden in an Uber. I have order food through Uber eats but in my acct that says Uber eats. This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable that Uber does not have a customer service phone number to call and to speak with a real human being.font ever use them

Resolved: Falsely charged cancellation fee

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. After navigating through customer support obstacles p, I was able to dispute the cancellation fee. and was given full refund..

Requested Uber from Fort Myers Airport at approximately 11:10a. Was instructed to meet driver in beige Camry at exit 6. Looked and waited he never showed up. I kept waiting noticed the trip was cancelled on the app. I requested again for a ride immediately. The driver came within minutes to door 6. I never moved position from my first request. The first driver never came to exit 6. I should not be charged a cancellation fee.

User's recommendation: Beware of cancellation for driver errors.

Fraudulent activity

Someone hacked my account and locked me out of my profile. I have no way to contact Uber because I cannot log in to my account. I am forced to cancel all my credit cards right before the holidays. This has been a horrible experience

I was going to obgyn appointment with my wife the second I got in the car I smelled marijuana Uber driver was wearing sunglasses as soon as she took them off her eyes were bloodshot so she was driving an Under the influence of marijuana I reported to Uber about the complaint and then I was charged $80 for a cleaning fee she jumped a whole bunch of chips on the floor saying that we did it you cant eat at the obgyn so basically somehow she found out I reported her and did that

Driver canceled and I was charged

Driver never showed up and Uber sent a new driver but I had an appointment and was gonna be late so I canceled the new driver but was charged a $25 cancel fee. That should never happen if I had an scheduled ride in the first place.
