Locked out of my account because someone hacked me. Someone from Staten Island is using it and I have never been to Staten Island. They set up two step verification so I could not get in. Help.

Account not starting and was charged twice for my ride fare, 30.
I experienced inability to add funds for my account and I was charged twice ( Double Charged ) for my ride fare.use Lyft or domt pay Uber until after receiving services.

Uber Eats - Charged 3 times for same order
Originally, I was charged 5 times for this order. Post-re*checking my bank account a 2nd time, I was charged 3 times @$37.81, fornthe same order. I am aware of the authorization hold that is removed from my order. ... but 3 and 5 times?!? It is ridiculous! I am incurring issues in screenshootimg my bank statement via proof of this transaction. I have dealt with similar issues like this from UBER. I tend to forget but this is a huge reminder!

I took a trip to Target in Phoenix. I waited outside the house and watched as the driver pulled up. There was no waiting. For the ride home, I waited outside of Target for an extended period of time. I messaged the driver and told him we were waiting in front of Target. He said that Uber sent him to the other side of the freeway. He was coming. He was sorry. I watched as he pulled up and immediately got into the vehicle. Both drivers charged me a wait fee. I hope and expect that these will be refunded.
