Unable to lay a charge to speak to customer service

I have two unauthorized Tips charged on my checking account. In an order for me to speak to someone to dispute this I have to pay an additional one dollars that is outrageous and Im contacting the Better Business Bureau somebody needs to call me within the next 24 hours at 203-278-**** or I will contact the Better Business Bureau and something will be done about this it is not fair I dont even have the one dollar to pay you because you overcharge my checking account with extra tips that I didnt authorize to the driver

Driver didn’t unlock the door and cancelled me as I tried to get in. Was extremely rude when I was trying to see her location and very unprofessional. Once she cancelled me had to order another drive

Unprofessional and extremely rude driver and cancelled me as I open the door because she must have seen the Serg charge.Ended up paying double then originally when requested the driver she must have seen the Serg charge and saw she could make more by canceling me and finding someone else. While on the phone she was cursing at me at tell me to hurry the *** up and to get to her location. My 13 year old and I got to her and she locked the door once we got to her. People like her shouldnt be drivers. Next time Ill use LIFT instead of UBER based off this experience

Kept telling me that my email was not mine.

It did not recognize my phone number or my email. I was frustrated for an hour and then just created an account with Lyft instead.

Discuss something

Drivers bug me a lot ; we cannot get in and we cannot find the apt.etc. it is a gated apt complex .Please let me know if this issue can be taken care of otherwise I shall just stop ordering through uber because I feel bad that I am causing so much inconvenience to somebody.Thank you

Horrible customer service and rider app

I had an old account that Uber said they didnt recognize so I tried to create a new account. Each time I tried Uber said I already had an account but again when I tried to sign in they didnt recognize it. I was surprised that the customers service number didnt work and directed me to a help service I had to pay for. If Uber cant help their customers they should rethink their business. After 2 hours I went back to the Uber app to see if there was anything I missed. I went through the same process I previously used and after submitting my credit card to pay for help it eventually allowed me to create a new account. So, yeah, Im pissed.

Prices

I originally wanted to complain about the huge price hike they made. I discovered that the customer service dept limits the subjects you can complain about! The management is greedy and does not care about the consumer. The end!

Horrible and the most disrespectful man ever

I had try getting into the car and I had open the front seat and the driver had pulled off with me half in the car Im at a laundry mat where it has cameras where it did catch that at Your driver should not be working for a business like this if hes gonna almost have me felling under hes car cause he wants to pulled off when I had open the door to get in

Dobleand triple charge of one ride

This is ridiculous about charge for one service even when I talk with a representant about the problem. Never again use this service

Called uber last night , but didn't show up. I also contacted the driver and gave him the specific address and location but didn't show up at the location .I called the driver with no answer . I decided to call for another uber , and it seems delayed .The hotel had police interrogating an incident at the property and so I told the driver to cancel the offer which he said he would. The police had me inerrogated.coolooc I didn't get any offer or ride .

Can’t find WAV

I cant find any WAV vehicles on my app. I am in a wheelchair I am unable to walk or stand. I would prefer to have a WAV because the only way I can get into a sedan is by using a wood slide board which is a pain because I would have to carry the board with me. Carolyn Gilbert Palm Bay, Florida

Lost phone in uber can't reach the driver

I requested and used Uber car service at 2:07am to go to work. During the trip, I forgot my old, crack Galaxy 8 cellphone in the car. Subsequently, I have made numerous attempts to contact the driver but was unsuccessful. I will be calling the police for assistance since the driver is not assisting in any way. I have the first name of the driver, model of the car, and license plate, which I will be giving to the police. I will also be sharing my experience on all the social media outlet. I will not be tipping this driver, nor will I be paying the $15.00 return item fee charge by Uber. Likewise, I would appreciate a refund for my ride this morning.

Your driver took my tv and lot of close

My wife was over charged for rides so he keep my tv and 45inch and my close its been 2mounths now he said he gave the tv to a friend I dont know where the Outher things are I have waited long enough he never came back Im contacting you ask a last resort be for I file a police re
