I had 3 drivers try to pick me up A-day early I was not supposed to be picked up until tomorrow on the 17th at 5:50 PM which I had originally stated when I asked you guys to do the service so I'm pissed because you guys charged me already and I need a refund

Cancellation fees

There was 1 ride before this one that canceled due to the driver being almost 21 minutes away from picking me up. When I was about to cancel this particular ride driver called me and let me know that he was 22 minutes away and to cancel the ride which I did do but was late and was charged a fee. I don't know if the app itself need to be updated in your system or another issue but I am not happy with this fee. I want a reimbursement.

You charged me too much money you said one price and then you turn around and charge me more

This is why your driver's are getting hurt cause you as a company don't care about them or the customers that are paying y'all.you charge me way more than what you're supposed to have charged me the price that y'all gave me was $33 and some change and y'all turned around and charged me $91 and some change so I asked is that right and also ask is that false advertising cuz in my book I say yes and if the shoe was on the other foot you would say the same thing yes that is false advertising I am not going to stop until this is resolved my number is 734-829-**** so I expect a phone call from someone as soon as possible.

Its been a little over a year now but I did finally get a response from Uber. Originally what happened is.. some how Uber got my credit card number. Or someone at Uber. And they run my card 103 times from November 3 to November 20 totally draining my bank account. $4000.00 I still havent been reimbursed for the fraudulent charges. Ive never used Uber or ever even paid for someone else to ride Uber. How they got my credit card I do not know. Im sure eventually Ill get my money back but until then this Christmas is gone Im sure unless I get refunded in the next few days. Tim Peay

User's recommendation: Don’t use your main bank card. Use a third party visa or debit card that you have to prepay.

Fraudulent fairs!

Someone charged my bank card information fraudulently to order Ubers in the amount of $476.00 in one day! I contacted the bank, however I tried to contact UBER, and it was *** to get a hold of anyone! I wanted information on locations etc regarding those fees. So I'll be filing a police report and deal with it that way.

Fraudulent charge

The number is invalid. I was charged a fee and did not take a ride. I had to cancel my bank card and close my account in order to ensure that I am not charged fraudulently in the future.

Trying all day to reach Uber because of phone left in car

I left my phone in the uber and have been trying all day to get help but nothing is working, not even the number listed for Uber. Who runs a business u cant contact. Better yet , why?!?! All I want is my phone back and maybe an app that actually is user friendly.
