I left my purse in car

I had a ride through Humana and have no app and I cant set up an account to go in on the app because my credit cards are in my purse that are in the Uber car. So I have tried the six ways of getting in touch with you, I guess I have to depend on you that you have hired honest drivers.

I wasn't present at the time of the incident they mailed me a letter to appear in court my ex-girl father calling the police because I reported he let a miner watch inappropriate movies I moved out because I'm a single parent my self I provided proof of cell phone ping and witness proof in video to children protective services they detained the kids protective order ex father seen me working on a car and call police ask me to come I told him I have a protective order he said your doing good walk threw the parking when your done I said ok they left he called the police again this time he claimed I broke a window judge dropped those charges I had proof at the time I was under a camera at that second time the police said they called and said I broke a window the camera at the gas station and videos the judge let me go with a know contest I had proof they let me go after 30 days I asked could they have leniency it was out of concern for a child they let me go

The wrong address I didnt know how to change the address, so can you just cancel the ride and put the transaction back on my card please and thank you so much I really appreciate it and have good day now I know what to do for not one before I make the transaction or put in the right address. I purchased the gift card and its credited to my Uber account, but it never lets the payment go through. My driver charged me Rs 1517 but when I booked the ride it was showing Rs.600 something. My ride was from T2 Delhi Airport to sector 31 Gurgaon.

His car details are- HR73AA6539 and driver name is showing as Vishnu Singh in Uber app but the payment was taken by someone who's UPI ID is Paytmqr1389zpskfs@***m. I made the payment but then the driver told me he didn't receive it and asking for more money in cash, when I refuse to do so he started arguing with me and threatened me..he is not leaving my society and saying he will not leave until he get the payment. I showed him the screenshot of the payment several times and told him that the amount of Rs1517 was deducted from my account but he is not listening. When I saw the app my ride was not even started then I told the driver that my ride was not started yet how can you charge me this much ..

then he told me that sometimes the app didn't work you can call customer care.

Now I am seeing my ride it was showing that the ride was cancelled by the driver at 11:48 pm which means he cancelled the cab without my permission and drove me to my destination. He has done a fraud with me.

When the order arrived the coffee was spilled in the sealed bag and all the food was soaked and not edible. The driver left the bag at the door knowing the order was no good because the coffee was clearly spilled in the bag

Need help

Mindless protocol trumps having a brain and resolving the customer's problem. Some problems don't fit in to your stupid one size fits all mindless protocols.

And how is it that my phone number can suddenly be no good when it was yesterday and my debit card can certainly be no good when it was yesterday and there's no explanation there's no resolution and when I'm stranded early in the morning and it's cold I'm told that that they're you're going to send me a ride to resolve the problem and you lied to me it never happened. Next two or three times I call I'm simply told that there's nothing they can do. We can't even identify what the problem is it's just you know like the app says there's a problem something's wrong. Yes there's something very wrong that is me thinking that I could use your stupid company.

Never again.

Never ever ever again will I use Uber. You will *** me over and leave me stranded in the cold without a without a thought.

User's recommendation: Plan to not need a ride from people like uber. It will work better if we plan that way in advance.
