I dropped off a fuzzys taco order on the wrong street. I dropped it off on 2823 garland instead of 2823 Senator but I was listening to the app and it told me to drop it off there. I dont know if the app was messed up or I just made a mistake I apologize and I apologize to the customer when she called me. I just wanted to let you know what happened. Thanks, Hollie.

My drivers car smelled entirely like marijuana. I work in a childrens hospital. That was unsafe, rude and selfish. I rolled the windows down in 40 degree weather and it had no affect.

Driver spoke NO. ENGLISH, took us to the wrong spot and then made us pay $30 in cash or he would put our luggage in the street. I am pissed, a 2 or 3 mile drive cost us over $57.00!!! He was also a terrible driver, yelling at cars, honking his horn, speeding, I will probably never us UBER again

You may want to work on your own English before bashing someone else. You should have said between 2 and 3 miles since it is in plural form. You should have used the word was before speeding and you should have used the word use rather than us.

Ordered food, food had hair in it. Contacted them via their APP less than 24 after order. It took them 2 days to get back, and they said nothing they can do because it had been over 48 hrs. I stated to them, it's not my fault they contacted me back after 48hrs because my initial message to them was before even 24 hrs. Person kept repeating themselves, basically saying too bad

My name is Dionne Gray, (404) 514-**** and I started UBERING in April, 2018. I was found to be one of your TOP UBER Drivers and have the rating to prove it!

In 2021, I was told that a background check had been run on me and it was found to be FRAUD. When I tell you since then, I have been trying to reach out to UBER to get this matter RESOLVED TO NO AVAIL, BELIEVE ME.

Every time my cellphone number, (404) 514-****, is put into the system with UBER to discuss this matter, I am referred back to the background check company, and when I try to discuss this matter with them, I am referred back to UBER and this has been the see-saw I have been on with UBER since 2021 which is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS as I have been unable to drive since then!

If this is how UBER treats one of their BEST DRIVERS, I would hate to see how their WORST is treated.

At this time, this will be MY LAST TIME TO ATTEMPT TO RESOLVE THIS MATTER WITH UBER before a complaint is registered with the Better Business Bureau.

Driver taking extra charges

I have travelled from Pune to Mumbai and in Uber side payment visible 2340 but driver taking extra charges of rs 365 stating need to give toll charges extra I need to raise the complaint for Driver and car no MH12NB3965 and driver name is Sugriv.
