They take extra money without any reason

I was in front of my location and I checked the distance that was not even 1 km cab driver came and said mam your location is front of you just a turn away I asked him to cancel the cab he said no I cant u have to pay the amount and whn I checked the amount was 125 rupes how its even possible the distance was not even more the 1 km so why Uber charged me that much amount for a trun and you guys are showing ur ads for pr km amount Are you fooling us or what I will going to escalate this because you cant charge that much amount for 2 min ride even less then 2 min

Showing 2 pending reservations and charges for the same time and date

Uber did charge me for a canceled trip but they reimbursed me a part of my trip. So I guess this was their way to correct and make things right. So I have to say that was something they really did not have to, and maybe the only way they could resolve the issue. So I have to say thank you to Uber for their effort to keep me as a customer, and I will use them again. Thank you for your time and attention to my situation. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.

I was overcharged 34.

I pushed the uber price for 21... Then I saw the bill for 55. That is not right. I have never had that issue with uber. Please correct my bill. I will also report it to my credit card company.

There were several charges made between 12/13-12/16

I would like to get a refund if at all possible. I know that charges were made with Uber but I dont use my credit card there was 187.00 charges and I got nothing for the money charged. Can put back on that card because it was canceled

Waited too long

Uber - Waited too long
I used Uber after shopping in Target I have a new born with me. The time I waited was very long . Im very disappointed and dissatisfied with the service I had to cancel the ride and they still charge me a fee of 7 dollars which was half the ride . Its very cold outside for me to wait so long . Especially I have new born cannot wait the long outside . I try reaching Uber customer line and its out of service . Its the worst experience ever.

Set me up for veterans discount

It says on the website that you honor veterans for discount rides. I tried going on my uber app to certified I'm a vet and get it put on my account and it wouldn't let me I tried everything.
