Unpleasant situation

Hello Uber, The pick up was in a street & the Uber pick me in another street. The drop off was in Gaspar de Carvajal, Quito 170184,Ecuador. And , I pay $3.43. Absolutely the worst customer service ever!

Uber - Absolutely the worst customer service ever!

Not deserving of the 1 I had to give.. I attempted to order a ride on superbowl Sunday.

The app kept glitching and quoted several different prices, one being $40.91 to go 2 miles. I decided to order Lyft..great experience and driver for $7.91. Got a call from the Uber driver stating he was waiting. I informed him I never completed the process of that order and was already home.

Next morning I have a $33 and a $9.99 charge! Just go ahead and try to get ahold of someone!!! What a joke!! Online help told me I would be getting an email addressing my concerns...again, what a joke!

I will file a complaint here, on BBB, and in court.. how dare you treat customers like this!

I felt my phone in uber auto before going to home I have checked the phone I left in auto I called first it has ring second time they switched off the phone.
