On January 21 2022 Friday. Driver Aaron did pick up on time. Bad part . His vehicle smelled completely of Marijuana. When I got to the place I want to go got off I asked friends if I smelled like Marijuana they let me know I did. You need to do something about that. I was wearing my mask. I was very angry.

1hr booking complete still cab not came at location.

I booked a ride today at 11:55pm and now time is 12:06am still I am waiting for cab but not came yet and neither call receiving nor cancelling ride. I am waiting cab with my family now about to complete 1 hr but not come yet. please take strict action against uber driver. driver name is KAILASH, and car number is MH46BU3666

Charge for canceled rides driver

October and your driver canceled my ride and I still was charged for it. I tried contacting you to no avail. 2 days ago I was in Tampa 20 minutes for a ride and the driver told us get out that he had the wrong address. Called another one and he couldn't find us at the very speak English.Give me my money back last two rides.

Yes, there’s still an issue with Uber. One of their drivers stole $400 from me, and they are ignoring that fact and the issue. I have requested for reimbursement for 4 weeks, and they are ignoring me.

So in order to get your phone, he would have had to physically take it from you. He was threatening you with physical assault and battery. I hope the police can track him down and he gets arrested.

Questions on Uber rewards redemption

I redeemed an Uber promotion for $35 on an Uber Eats food delivery. I entered a delivery time of 7:15-7:45 p.m. on Friday, 1/21/22. Your app changed the time to 12N-12:15 p.m. pn Saturday, 1/22/22. It was impossible to redress this sysyem error. Your "help" access was useless. You have discontinued you pbone number. The restaurant would gladly have delivered the food at the time I had entered, but had no way of altering your system error. I could not cancel and retain the promotion once the restaurant had received the order, for the wrong delivery time, which happened in moments My only recourse was to alter the delivery location to my workplace today. The food went into the cooler to be reheated this evening, 1/22/22. The courier was excellent. I thanked and tipped her. Your app, however, I am very displeased with.

Overcharged 89$

January 17,2022 I took Uber because its storm here in Toronto the rate is 89& but when ordinary day around 24 but I still agree with the 89 because of the weather but then late when my bill come its 170 $over already..can u please help me with this matter. Thanks

I was charged for a ride that I didnt even take and charged a cancellation fee when the driver was the one that canceled. He wasnt responding to my messages when I was asking his whereabouts then he cancels the ride. His name was Francisco. I was charged for everything and I shouldnt have been charged at all.
