Bait and switch fare

Tried Uber yesterday. Cost 12.00 in the morning going to work. At three I thought I was setup for a ride home also 12.00. Turns out I didnt answer all of the required yess to complete the order even though it sure looked like I had. I checked the app when the ride didnt show and discovered this. When I booked again the ride was now 40.00. There was zero repeat zero traffic on the way back home. I would like an explanation. Maybe I wont use Uber again

Dear Sir/ May I have booked a uber car on the date of 06/10/2023 from Barrackpore to Kolkata Station, car no was WB05 3264, Drive's name was Laltu Ghosh, my payment method was amazon Pay, after reaching of kolkata station 11.24 a.m. he demanded me to give cash, I have already informed him that due to automatic payment from Amazon pay I can not give him the said amount in cash but he forced me to give the said money from Google pay, I have several times requested him that the money will be idebited automatically to your account but he compelled me to give the said money from Google pay ie Rs.

400 extra.My mom was a serious patient so I have no enough time to handle the matter properly.

Every documents are ready to prove me that he cheated me double fare,

1) Receipt of Amazon Pay paid on uber India Rs.401.79

I rented a car through the Uber app. Got a confirmation. Went to pick up the car via a Uber pickup. The car did not exist. The Hertz place said they did not deal with Uber in that respect so I had to take another Uber to another location to rent a vehicle. I did not get the rental car and I incurred two trip expenses that I would not have had if the Uber rental had been successful as promised? Then they charge me more than the quoted price for the rides

Hello there I was working for your company for Uber eats until your company terminated my employment after I applied to be an UberX driver. I had worked very hard and to be terminated for trying to be a team player and apply for the additional platform then run my background check and see something you dont like. Problem with Uber

I sent an envelope from762 Cedarvale drive innisfil to 414 Vesta drive. When I ordered the air Uber it said he would be there in one hour which is a normal time during rush hour.

The driver went somewhere else and I dont know where and showed up two hours later. Getting the package there in one hour was crucial. His child was in the car with him And for sure they stopped and went somewhere else over theres like a full refund for this delivery.

Also, when I ordered the delivery they priced it at $105 and I was charged $120. You can search my profile and say I have never Complains about charges if I dont get a full refund, I will get American Express to deal with this.

I was charge for a ride I did not take

On the Uber app it is malfunctioning because I reserve a 2:pm ride on 06/5/23 and it put me for 1:00pm so I have to reserve another ride and it charge me 18.75 the driver was at my location but the driver did not say any thing until my husband ask are you ok then thats when the driver said am here for kamisia

Uber One BIlling

I canceled Uber One in March. I wasn't using it enough.

They tried to charge me for it in April, but it was a pre-paid debit card so they couldn't get the money. I did chat with customer service and the person was rude and argumentative. Saying I didn't cancel within 48 hours. I said no, it was more like a month.

She assured me I wouldn't be charged again. 3 weeks later, they're still trying to take the money. 2 more chat sessions with customer service and nothing has been resolved.

They allegedly escalated the issue and their "best people" will be contacting me via email. The only email I got is one saying my payment method failed and they'll keep trying and if I don't update it they'll use other payment methods I may have used prior that they might still have access to.

I went inside Walmart, he said he would wait for me. I came out of the store in like 3min. He was inside doing his shopping. He charged me for waiting time aside from booking time. I didn't book an Uber. I ordered it when I was getting off work.
