Trip cancelled by uber driver

I booked a Uber cab on 26th jan 2022 for Haryana, sonipat but he cancelled the trip and came back from that cab and the cab no is UP14HT4817. He saw me only one toll both slip and rest not sawby him. Dispute transaction

I paid driver total fare still he denied

I paid total fare to the driver through gpay and then the driver left. After few hours I get message through uber saying that driver has raised complaint that the customer has not paid fare which is totally wrong and now company is asking me to pay additional fare which I have already paid to driver. I have msg of transaction done to driver. Even if this payment isn't in the system of company but I have the transaction message.

User's recommendation: Do not pay to drivers pay directly to company.

I cannot use my app for some reason. Wont take my payment

I struggled to use my app to apply a payment with a card that should have worked. My PayPal account should have worked as well. I am a good customer and felt no empathy or concern for my dilemma at the time. I ended up having to take a more expensive brand of transportation, of which I cannot afford. I also could not reach customer service at the time to resolve the problem. What good is it if I can't even communicate these issues. I would have paid much less had the Uber come through.You

User's recommendation: I don't know if there can be a future since I don't trust my app. You could offer me compensation but that is not good enough if my app continues to be rejected.

Payment keep changing

My price kept changing, and they didn't reimburse me for it even after they took the payment they kept taking more I am going to be done with Uber

Drivers canceled yet I was charged

My daughter needed to be picked up from Atlanta Airport, she informed driver where on the uber zone she was, and sent her location to him but he canceled the ride yet got charged for it. My daughter is trying to get a ride to University of Atlanta, where she stays .

Can't get into my account

The email I Originally put in when making the account was entered wrong so when I try to reset my password. I cant receive the code to do so . Ive already sent out a email to change it . But still have heard back from anyone .

I paid full payment but asking extra RS 80

I had booked a Auto .It showed amount Rs 100 .we are four people,two children ,me and my wife.After we reached our destination,we paid the amount Rs 100 cash.then the driver asked for extra Rs 20. I refused to give extra money.so he has complaint to you against me. You have messaged me to pay Rs 80. The driver change the auto.when i booked the auto the number is different.

My bank account was over charged

I was trying to change my pick up time I changed it a couple different times but my bank card was charged each time even before I confirmed any of the changed times and I can't get ahold of anyone to give me a reason why that happened

He pick up from my home address,3305 Ravenwood to take me to the airport, drove about 4 minutes away from my house and realized my son forgot his Identification card, so I told him can he turn around, he told me I had to add a new stop for him to turn around, I tried to add the stop 3 times , he told me the gps was taking him to the airport than back to Ravenwood than back to the airport. I told him all he had to do take me back to get my identification card ,it Uber would have charged me , I think I was getting charge when I put it in. I have a Uber statement saying 43.00! What is this 190.00 for

Complicated billling resolution

Double tipped in error unable to edit and no option for customer support to change. Need to clearly provide customer service phone number or free form field
