Can’t login email hacked number changed

I went to the app to find a ride to go home and I saw that my account was logged off and I tried to log in with my personal information but it didn’t work I think that someone is using my account or took it off

Scheduled Pickup - No Car Showed

I scheduled a pickup for Dec 11th at 4:45 AM at the Hytatt Tech Center in Denver - no show - the app kept saying "finding driver" - then quit - deleted the scheduled pickup - There was no Uber available so had to hire hotel limo for $100 in order to make my flight -

Time estimation

In the NYC area, you definitely can not lean on the time Uber estimates a driver's arrival. For example, it tells you that your driver is coming in 3 min and then it doesn't update it, even though the driver is coming after 10min for whatever reason. If you, god forbid, cancel and try to get another driver, the price is already up.

Don't trust all drivers in madrid

Wtf drivers are NOT supposed to be like this. many of them smell like they don't shower so what's the difference between you and taxi now???

Uber will not transport my disabled son
I have an autistic adult son who is unable to read. He works very hard and has a full time job. The problem we had was he had no transportation home from work late at night and taxis around here are not very dependable. We contacted Uber, who was happy to help. It worked out well for about three years. Then suddenly there was a problem. About two weeks ago, my app stopped working. I set up the ride as I had done each time before but I got an error message. I uninstalled the app and tried again but it still wouldn't work. At first, Uber said they would help but then they sent me an email saying they closed my account due to me not following the terms of service. I checked and it was because I use the account with the app to make the reservations but his phone is the contact number in case the driver is unable to find my son when it is time to pick him up. When I complained that this was what they agreed to when he signed up three years ago they asked me to send a screen shot from his phone. I told them I can't do that because the the phone is an old flip phone. They then instructed me to uninstall the app and to restart my phone, which I did. When that doesn't work, we start the process over again. So far they have closed my account four times because I haven't met the terms of service. When they see this is a mistake, they go through the same stuff all over again. The bottom line is that my son doesn't have a way to get home from work anymore. I have begged them to simply close my account and allow me to start over but they do nothing. They have taken away a disabled adult's sole transportation even though he has always paid his bill and was an excellent customer. They simply refuse to take care of the problem

Oh shut up. Phone numbers change, adresses change.

But as long as the method of payment status is good then what the *** is the problem??? Sorry, no sorry. This is why on any review site, Uber gets no better than a 3-star average, AT THE VERY MOST. Another major cab company will start up, exceed and prevail even better.

While Uber will be shot to *** Don't believe me. Look at Instagram or Snapchat.

Then look at Myspace. Need I say anymore???

That's it... Uber doesn't want to have send drivers who aren't qualified to transport the disabled to and fro. You can whine about 3 star ratings all day but you just don't matter.

Sorry... And if a new cab company pops up, they'll have the same rules or charge you out the *** Great job in wishing added expense upon yourself turkey.

Uber - Customer Service?
I have tried to communicate with Uber, with no joy. I've used their services daily, and been very satisfied until now. Yesterday, the app showed a price. The driver requested more. I paid the app price. The ride up till then was perfect. Then Uber revoked my cash order ability without consulting me. I tried reaching out, they directed me to an irrelevant email. Subsequently despite numerous communications via their app, they are unwilling to reconsider or engage. I have now installed Taxify.
