I can’t access my account

I have a new phone and in the Uber app it does not allow me to access my account. I think my email and phone number do not match on the account I had.

Didnt get paid

My pay didnt get put into my bank account and now i have to wait a whole week to get it

Cannot go online

I signed up to drive for uber and have submitted all my documents and it looks like everything is good to go but when I try and actually go online I cannot!

Uber driver lied on me

Some Uber driver reported that I did not wear a mask when I rode in his car THAT IS A LIE I always wear a mask when I leave my house I carry Lysol, hand sanitizer and wear gloves I would never get into any cab without gloves and a mask. That driver lied to Uber on me and I dont know why And Im very upset about it

I had money on my Uber Card to cover the cost of my trip and for some reason, $9 was taken out of my account
