Horrible experience

I recently had an account issue with someone elses bank and routing number being in my account so my earning have been transferred to their account. I reached out multiple times to receive my earnings to the right account but nothing is being done because the investigation team cant see any suspicious activity in my account after I am told that i still dont receive my earnings which was in the total of $97.85.

I worked completely too hard and wasted gas to make that money and end up not receiving it. I finally got in touch with a senior supervisor named Rodney which I thought my problem would be resolved until today I received a message in the uber app explaining that my earning would be deposited into my account with the bank account number ending in 55 which is the account that is not mine. So the money is being sent out to the wrong account again and I still am not receiving nothing for the work ive done. Ive been calling for over a week now and the support team is completely rude hangs up doesnt care about helping me even after I tell them the investigation team doesnt resolve my issue they keep sending me there.

This is absolutely ridiculous to me and if I dont receive my earnings I will unfortunately have to start filing claims to court and taking matters into my own hands. If you can please get back to me by number or email thats would be great thanks

I have booked Uber cab to travel from Bangalore railway station back gate to Kempegowda international airport terminal 2 at 4.25pm on 12.2.2024. After sitting in the cab the driver refuse to take me to airport. Inevitably i got down from cab and took other vehicle and reached airport. Even though I have not made any cancellation I have been levied rs 46 as cancellation charges. Ihave not made any cancellation, it is the driver who refused to take me airport. Please cancel the levied charges and take action against the driver. Regards

Missing prop22 payment

In my payment history the last prop 22 payment I received was on August $53.22. Then i received another prop 22 payment on August 15 for $15.47.. I drove quite a but of miles. Should I have received more then that?

Never got an opportunity to talk to anyone. I called, was put through to a recorded voice, asking me to choose options. Options did not apply to my situation. Asked to speak to representative. Did not get connected to anyone the recorded message, then disconnected me and told me to look for help on my app, which I had done previously, could someone please call me at 2605 80****?

Unauthorized use of my banking information. And after an extended chat period, representative was of zero help and ultimately ended the chat. Horrible service! Especially given that there is fraudulent use of banking information.

My Uber drive was disabled

My Uber drive app was disabled and I couldnt login my account. When I call customer service they were very helpful and answered all of my questions accordingly. They responded to my request at a timely matter. I will continue being a customer. Now Im about to go in to see if I can login my account. If not I will call back.
