Terrible website
i do not have an uber account have five fraud charges on my credit card. there is no working phone # to call. if you go online for help they want an account #. I do not have an account therefore no account #. some websites attached with uber want to sign you up for a charge to answer your questions. WHAT IS WRONG WITH UBER HAVING A CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER OR A WEBSITE THAT YOU CAN CHAT.

Just started using Uber and they are not only taking money out of my Uber cash but also out of my bank account at the same time. They are getting paid twice for one way ride. You guys really suck. And my first ride the driver almost got us killed. Wouldn't recommend Uber to anyone, I don't care how good a driver they are or not. Don't deserve any stars

Very angry
I requested Uber to get to my destination at a certain time. The Uber decided to cancel at the last minute I had to request another Uber that made me extremely late. The cost was about $19 and I was never refunded how horrible is that!!!!!!!!!

I ordered a a ride from Philadelphia Intl airport and was given a quote of $52 and some change. When I checked my account $66 and se change was taken which I never authorized.

Uninstall or delete
I have google widgets on my iPhone Ive have tried everything to get it off Im not able to use my iPhone for days at a time please I just some to help me get the app off I called apple and we were on the phone for 11/2 try to uninstall goggle widgets and the came with it and I cant pl my doctors cant no one kids husband pl help me!I have went to 2 different phone stores
