Over charge for ride

I was overcharged for a ride because the driver I had kept going around in circles instead of taking a direct route. I was supposed to be charged $ 41.00 not $57.04. Its not fair to be treated this way by your!

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. I was refunded my money.

I put $50 on Uber card but it went to a gift card now only way to use Uber is if I add more money I don't need the Uber gift card the money went to I need it to use the money to get back and forth to work

They did nothing to fix it

I added 20 giftcard to account and then it disappeared I've been using uber for a long time and spent a lot of money and don't understand why that happened. Result of it happening I had to walk home in rain.

Our group of ladies had already Ubered about 15 times while in Charleston. Each time we explained we were all in health care and had received our vaccines, and asked if we still needed to wear a mask. Not one driver required us to. It was either Sunday or Monday morning when our Uber driver arrived I went through the same explanation, and he said "wear a mask", when I said "you are the only driver that has required us to, but we will comply (as we were all putting on our mask). He said "GET OUT OF MY CAR I'M CANCELLING THIS TRIP". I said what do you mean we are all putting on our mask. He said 'I DARE YOU GET IN MY CAR WITHOUT A MASK NOW GET OUT".

Have not been able to tip my driver

I had a wonderful ride with Tu and the link to tip him did not and still does not work. I can't find anyone to help. He deserves this tip. Companies should make themselves easily available to customers especially when people are putting financial information on their site.

On April 3rd several Uber driver cancelled their trip with me cause I was on a wheelchair. One actually came all the way to my location refused to help me put the wheelchair inside then got frustrated cancelled the trip and told me to get another driver cause his more than spacious suv did not have room for my wheelchair. To avoid this you should disclose you have a wheelchair.. This way the proper vehicle shows up. This is your fault.
