I took the Uber and my wallet got lost in the Uber yesterday

I took the Uber yesterday drop me home and left my wallet in his car and I still havent got my wallet back I contact the driver and he told me after you drop me home you pick up to are the customer so please if you can contact those customer l would really appreciate it about my wallet

Driver never showed up

Driver never showed up and would not answer his calls or text. Cost me $300 in change fees because I missed my flight and have to take a later flight. Not happy

I call to inform you that my food was under cook and you told me that according to your investigation. I had to keep the food and still pay for my order. I wanna know how do you investigate without see the food. P.S. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM YOU AGAIN AND WRITING A BAD REVIEW ABOUT YOU GUYS. I feel like you didnt handle that good at all. And Im gonna report you as well.

Why is my money not back on my card yet? Don't use cancelled ride cost me more money That's what I would recommend to others.

Cannot reach anyone about a phone left in an Uber.

Husband took an Uber from the hospital post surgery to the renal center. Left his phone in the Uber. I am in a different state and have to try to get the phone back. There is no customer number or help chat . Called and called the phone and driver does not seem to k ow phone is there. Miserable

Drivers canceled

Uber's drivers cancelling on customers and leaving them stranded for hours and being greedy make us people pay more and the wait time jumping from close to far away is ridiculous it needs to get fixed quick

"pay more " So, you mean the driver SHOULDN'T make any money to cart you around? Your ride isn't worth the driver's time, hence the cancellation. If this is something you're not into, find another way to get around.
