Driver cancelled

The driver told me to cancel, then charged me. I had to call for another uber. I got charged twice, once for the cancellation. And once for a ride because the 1st. driver was too lazy to come pick me up.

Keep delivering food to wrong address. Even after I have spoke with Uber on 3 occasions. Last time I messaged driver of my address and he still delivered to wrong address.

The town I live in has a North and South Main Street. I live at 15 South Main Street. There is also a 15 North Main Street. Which is a row home. Our house is a single family home. Now I can understand the confusion, but if you GPS 15 South Street it will take you directly to my home. The first 2 times I was understanding about. But by the 4th time of not getting my food I was upset. I have messaged the drivers about the address confusion but the last 2 times they still delivered to wrong address.

User's recommendation: Be very specific to drivers where you live. Though I did this and it didn’t work.

There have been 9 unnecessary charges

I booked the taxi at 6 am to6.30 am at chennai central railway station two uber cars code has given and the drivers asked me how much amount for the journey and they asked me rs. 200 extra amount and abruptly canceled the trip.for the delay causing to me you organisation has to pay damages for the inconvineace surprisingly you are asking me to pay rs.20.54. It is grass negligence done by yous drivars

User's recommendation: The uber organization is didn't solve the public grievances but they only think how to get changes from passenger.

Poor service

on 2/11/22 "Md" parked across the street from me and refused to move. I had to cross a busy and dangerous street to get to him. when I mentioned this to him he told me that Uber never gives the exact location of the fare and that it was too difficult for him to move. I this is a lie. this morning when I tried to Uber to work I had a prompt to use facial recognition software to verify my mask. I couldn't get it to work (I was covering the top part of my face but the mask was there). I read that this would happen if I didn't wear a mask on a trip. I always do. so who said I didn't? if it was "Md" then you have a problem. don't use UBER if they start usin d Roger Wooden Md

FORMAL COMPLAINT

My complaint is that you guys run a multimillion dollar corporation but don't reprimand your workers. I have been waiting on an Uber since 4:30pm & didn't finally get 1 until 5:38 The 1st Uber driver accepted then cancelled. The 2nd driver accepted & then cancelled as well. Your driver's don't have the right to accept and cancel on somebody for no reason. I was supposed to be home by 5 so i could pay my rent but unfortunately I'm not.

I had several unjustified charges which I sent in screenshots of my American Express charges and nothing was done. Black and white for them to read and nothing was done.
