Keep delivering food to wrong address. Even after I have spoke with Uber on 3 occasions. Last time I messaged driver of my address and he still delivered to wrong address.
User's recommendation: Be very specific to drivers where you live. Though I did this and it didn’t work.

There have been 9 unnecessary charges
User's recommendation: The uber organization is didn't solve the public grievances but they only think how to get changes from passenger.
Uber cutomer care is not help me and I pay extra carxhage

User's recommendation: don't use UBER if they start using facial recognition software.
User's recommendation: I had several unjustified charges which I sent in screenshots of my American Express charges and nothing was done. Black and white for them to read and nothing was done.
