I am being charged a cleaning fee for something I didn't do
I've been trying to get a hold of someone from Uber company for HOURS to discuss this issue of one of their drivers who's scamming me for a clean up fee which I did NOT do!

Can't log in going around in circles
Couldn't log onto my account wouldn't receive the text message, going in circles very frustrating. I tried calling the number but I only got a recording saying to go onto the website.

My account is on Lock and I cannot order a ride or anything and this is Been about a month now and I'm actually requesting a refund of my money because I am unhappy with the services that arent provided. I have been trying to get ahold of a live person for about a month now too so I am getting to the point where I'm extremely upset and I need somebody to contact me so we can solve this situation so I can get my $75 back.

Over charged
I scheduled a time to be picked up and the app showed me that my scheduled trip would be 25-30 dollars. After my trip was over it charged me $98.00. I usually take this same route around this same time and have never experienced this issue. The Uber driver also took an unfamiliar route.

Bad experience
My Uber driver tried to fight me cause I wouldnt give her a cash tip then said she was gunna say I threw up in her car so they would charge me more since I wouldnt tip her cash but obviously I can get threw to the employer so maybe I should of just *** up the employee

Until OK James I have took Uber and have been overpriced on July 28 I took over from Mount St. Mary university 27003 Kittyhawk Ave. it was supposed to cost me $15.05 what is the upfront fee you are charged me $24.08. Fraudulent activity from India
Im trying to report someone in India trying to access my UBER acct here in the USA. I havent used this acct in years and would like all my information etc removed. Thus is like talking to a cement wall.
