Fraudulent charge for Uber pass

I already sent text. But again, I was charged $9.99 on 9/17/21 which I will not pay. My last ride with you was 1/15/21 when your driver stole $500 from me and charged me an incredible amount to go 10 miles. I notified you then and swore I would never use your services again, which I haven't. And I still won't and tell everybody else not to. I'm not paying your $9.99 and cancel any future charges!!!!!

This isnt fair I get blocked because a customer was being rude to me because the restaurant didnt pack the package correctly the lady boyfriend took the bag out my hand In dropped it on the floor plus on my way to the drop I reported to the customer that the drinks was leaking outta the bag than qui Reported it to customers support In still got blocked when i have a lot of good reviews this isnt fair now I cant make money to feed my kids I work hard

When doing a search via company name there is no phone number given Uber has discontinued their pissed customer service phone number. The phone number that a search gives is wrong. The instructions that a search for contacting them says to use the app and select help and then select phone them but there is no such selection I have to verify my pick up time that I set. I need to insure I selected PM and not AM and I CANT DO IT AND I CANT CONTACT THEM. I have been trying various methods for over an hour.

Uber - Driver did not show
I made a reservation 24 hours in advance for Bradley Airport pickup. I received a message the driver was at Delta. I walked over and didn't see any cars. I waited 10 minutes. During this time I received a message that my trip was canceled, there was not a driver available in the area. This caused a terrible hardship since I have cancer. I had to walk quite a ways, but fortunately I was able to get a cab.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER AND STILL DONT HAVE MY PHONE

i still have not been contacted still have not recovered my phone the drive took my cash canceled my ride promised it would be cheaper and left me stuck and i had to walk from Los Angeles to Glendale. Uber returned 5 dollars and stated the refund was for the cancellation of the ride with Martin when in fact the driver Martin Blue Chevy Cruse and i agreed on 40 dollars cash for the same trip.

From glendale to LA and back. I need my phone i can not access any of my personal accounts because thats the phone that requires verification for all my accounts . SHAME ON UBER IN SO MANY WAYS. I want every dollar i have spent this past month with Uber and i want my account closed .

I suffer from a TBI (traumatic brain injury) and per doctor orders i cannot be under any stress for it can be fatal. Thank you Kindly , Andre

Refund of ride that overcharged me

I was charged for a ride that I did not order and did not receive. I am very upset as I did not at any point request this ride, nor did I receive this ride but I was charged $56.98. I am requesting, no, demanding I am refunded. I use Uber services all the time and have always been a loyal customer since uber started its business. Although, I at no point ordered the ride you guys charged me 56.98 for and I am entitled to an immediate refund. I do not wish to talk ill of uber or feel negative emotions toward uber but it is absolutely not fair that you guys charged me for a ride that I did not order to begin with but also didn't relieve.

The first person said he will be there 20m then it was 5m away he said was to for for destination to modesto he said to cancel it the second person was on his way he said could not locate he to meet him at the school I said no he left the 3th party was on the way but nothing show up. After I waited so long thats really bad service if they can not take u to destination do t say your o. Your way.

Driver picked me up at Portland airport then dropped me off at the same airport. Why would I asked to be dropped off where I was picked up! And was charged 15 dollars!!! The driver should have recognized that the address was incorrect!!

LOL. And you thought it was smart to post your ID on a PUBLIC site that has NOTHING to do with Uber? You may want to put credit freezes on your accounts and ask Google to blur the image of your building.
