Safety issues driving

The driver was swaying in and out of lanes. His eyes were barely open. I had a 6 day of baby with me and felt our lives where in danger. He was either tired or on drugs. Heading to BMC arrived 3:39pm Driver was Olgue, Toyota Sienna car, plate 2VLG24. I'd like a call back please.

38 year old conviction

I am being discriminated against and denied the opportunity to drive with Uber for a 38 year old case that took place in another state, which has nothing to do with driving for Uber. This discriminating denial comes after working for Uber for one year already, with a stella record, during the renewal period. Several attempts have been made to contact Uber and appeal, however, Uber refuses to address issue. This response is unsettling and somewhat irresponsible. I would like a fair audience with Uber.

Why is uber now charging $2.99 extra to have your order delivered while it is hot? This is ridiculous my last order came hour after it was ready as they had another stop to make. I am sure I am not the first complaint on this issue.

I was driving with Uber have a 5 star stellar driver with your company and was disconnected

I was disconnected without reason when I was a very good driver then I was disconnected without explanation then just with checkr and this was in 2018 still no explanation I loved the job I had no customer complaints in fact the customers themselves let me know they rated me a 5 star driver so I dont understand why I was deactivated but I like to be reactivated as team player thanks Uber for the opportunity to explain

On 12/08,I was charged for two canceled rides. The drivers were sent to 11000 Roosevelt Blvd. They were both at two different spots of 11000. It's a shopping center, and if they had any common sense, they would have looked for her. Michelle was standing in front of the urgent care . But instead they didn't look and canceled the ride, and I was charged $6.66+$6.00 and another $6.00. I want that money put back ony card. Make this right or I'm switching to LYFT from now on.

My Uber driver did not show up nor cancel the ride. He even sent me a message saying cancel please I responded I was not canceling because it was going to charge me. I still got charged for the ride and this went on for about 30-40 minutes. His information is Emran Toyota Highlander DCN835 This was very unprofessional and caused delays in my work day!
