Charging me without approval

I am being charged $24.99 for the past 13 months. Just caught it. Didnt sign up for anything and I believe this is fraud. Please refund all 13 month as soon as possible or I am filing a report with the police

Missing items

Uber - Missing items
I ordered my food kinda late, around 11:30pm. It didn't arrive until 12:45am, but the driver reached out and told me his situation, so I was okay with it. While I was ordering, it alerted me that the onion ring and fry bag was out. When I changed my item to just onion rings, I got no more alerts, so I thought I was good. I also ordered an Oreo shake and a sandwich. When my food arrived, I only got the sandwich. I did not notice when the driver handed it to me because I thought it would be in the bag. I contacted customer support, and they told me there was nothing they could do even when I spoke with a representative on the phone.

No customer service help

There has been too many issues with me booking a ride with your company I have no issues with ordering food and receiving my orders but I can't seem to get a ride with your company and that is a problem I cannot get customer service to help and that is a major problem please fix your system issue with the ride

I need the system to be in operation when requesting a ride there's nothing wrong with any of my payment cards what is the problem on the companies end?

Unable to get assistant with my charges that I did not authorize

I am being charged $24.99 each month and I did not authorize this since March 2021. I have on my credit card company and instructed them to stop payment. I am requesting a refund from Uber. You have no customer service phone number to speak with.
