Racist white male driverIm 78 year old black woman who was going to the movie theater with my special needs grandson and was threatened to be left on the side of the road and was told I will call the police on you for no stated reason. I was very frightened and so was my special needs grandson. I begged to please just take us home. I did not raise my voice nor did I use any profanity. I have used Uber on many occasions without incidentthis man does not exemplify the high standards of your company.

We waited 28 minutes for the driver when he canceled. No text nor phone call prior to canceling. When requested another driver there were no drivers. So we waited over an hour for another driver to take us 10 minutes away. Could not walk as was very busy highway.

Cancelling subscription

I have been trying to contact you for quite sometime, as I wish to cancel my subscription to Uber.

I have had a couple of issues with delivery. The one that really upset me, was I had ordered from Denny's for my grandson and myself.

I got a call from the driver, who did not speak or understand English at all. She seemed to be confused about the address, which I tried to explain to her.

We waited till after the delivery time and discovered the order had been cancelled without my knowledge. I requested a refund, but was told the time limit had run out and was charged as the food had been prepared.

Most of the drivers I have had contact with were excellent.

I am afraid this driver was not. Especially as they did not have a good grasp of English

Deceptive driver

I was pissed because of a cancellation fee charged to me because the driver cancelled since he didnt know it was an out of state ride and was physically incapable of driving that distance. Uber refunded the cancellation fee and my understanding is the driver lied that I wasnt wearing a mask. I was waiting outside my apartment is Queens, with a mask on when the driver pulled up. The charge and the lie was what pissed me off.
