Uber has been taking random money from my account secondly they update every ride by at least 1$ even tho its the same trip everytime today a ride was taken out of my account and now I cant get a response or talk to a human!!! This is theft and fraud!!! And you guys are stealing peoples bank information

User's recommendation: Don’t do it!!! Use a prepaid card because they steal your money randomly and then go into ghost mode!!! No support for the paying customer!!!

My name is Kerry Scott I was involved in car accident on 11/16/23 with one your worker by the name of Shank Aslam,Fnu plate # EC37152 . I was making a right turn on Canal st off of Washington and his light was yellow he went through it tried to avoid Mr and hit me.

He had a passenger in the car. I have a video and pictures of my car and accident. He lied in the police. report that's why they amended it he didn't report the accident to his insurance company which is American Alliance I made my claim with them already they had know knowledge of the accident.

I need my car fix.

My left shoulder/ next and arm hurts. I'm not a customer I'm a pedestrian that was driving and your worker hit me

I had a problem with a co-rider, when we got to her destination she could not get in at the apartment complex. So the driver had to keep punching the dial code in and it did not work. Nobody would answer to unlock the gate to open the gate for her. This put the ride behind schedule for me and also the other rider refused to get out of the vehicle. I have tried to reach out to Uber concerning the matter. Because I don't feel like I should be charged so much when I was inconvenienced by another writer. However, there's virtually no way to get in touch with anyone on the phone at all!!!

The car never showed, and I got charged multiple times, but it said cancel and I got texted that he took another ride, no phone call. And the one call I got, he was at the wrong building.

I am being charged for services i did not order. and when i had my bank dispute the charge, UBER changed to another card on the account and charged me again. there is NO PHONE NUMBER to call them.

crooked business practices. I am being charged for UBER ONE and i didn' t order that. when my bank disputed charges, uber just charged the other card on my account again with no authorization. I tried twice to cancel the account to no avail. they do not even have a phone number listed to call them. I'm done with UBER and I suggest everyone change.

The path we live on is bumpy and the drive said she called for a tow to get out however she drove out and could have taken us to my VA doctors appointment seeing as she got out just fine

She drove to my house all the way turned around in my yard and said she cancelled our trip to the VA doctor and now Ive missed my follow up from the hospital because she couldnt make it down the path again and said she called a tow to get her out however she drove back out and why all this when she could of taken us to the dr highly upset
