I booked a ride with Uber on the 12/28/2021, my driver was stacie, I wanted to go home to get ready tor work. When I booked the app said my ride was 3 minutes away, then it kept delaying from 3 mins to 4 mins to 6 mins to 8 mins to 10 mins and I tried cancel because I didnt have that much time in my hands, I canceled it and they charged me $6.25 cents for the driver inconvenience, what about my INCONVENIENCE? I had to go to work just like the driver was. I decided to contact before I call my bank. So you guys telling that I have to pay for waisting my time and lying to me about the driver ETA. SMH.

Haven’t heard back from anyone
I have a host of charges which werent authorized by me. Ive talked to representatives twice expressing my concerns. To date I havent heard from anyone. Now I have to call again and probably receive the run around again. Very dissatisfied with your customer service. Would b nice to hear from someone

Why driver taken extra 40rs. My trip fare was333rs at booking time but driver forced to me pay 40rs extra for parking charges.after completing the ride amount shown 360.+40for parking.

Regarding excess fare
Today I took Uber Cab ride from Chennai airport to CPWD QUATERS GPRA CAMPUS THIRUMANGLAM Chennai and fare shown 333rs.but after completing the ride amount shown 360rs.and driver said to pay 360+40(for parking charges)=400rs I told for 360 but then he shown me Uber Bill in his mobile.and forced to pay extra 40rs . then I paid 400rs. I were faced such type of problems two times.and customer not able to understand for payment because Uber send Bill after sometime completing the ride. Please give me back 40rs.and clerifie whether parking charges at airport given by customer or not

Ride not showing
Abdi was here to pick me up, he called and I ran outside without even trying my shoes. He left, even though I was a minute before the actual time. He just left... and the app won't even let me rate his ride... I'm a person who respects others and their business, but the fact that I can't even review this driver has changed my opinion on the whole system. Good luck don't hire this ***

I had Uber Pass, which expired last week. I have tried enrolling in Uber One but it won't allow me. Yesterday I had 3120 Rewards points and today I have 2480. I didn't use any. I have tried getting help in the app but have not received any information.
