HaI order a car and it was assigned! The ride was later cancelled and they issued it to another driver. The ride was confirmed again and 10 mins later with him being 1 minute away decided to cancel. Two cancellations and 30 plus minutes wasted. I got a email stating I had a cancellation fee charge. No way to get in contact with Uber, and no prompts for a false charge.

Problem with Uber

I planned a ride accordingly to the airport from my location. It was updated three times and each time it was updated the ride to the airport increased in time and cost. I ended up having to use Lyft and my ride cost almost $100 when it usually cost $35. I got screwed by Uber!

I was already picked up 9 blue Heron Drive in Rehoboth Cancel ride

I booked it first and put in Rehoboth but after I paid confirmation said 9 blue Heron Drive Atleboro I tried to cancel and rebooted for Rehoboth I am now ride to airport in Uber with Adonis

My package never arrived at destination

I hired an Uber yesterday (2/8) to deliver an envelope to the Ashtabula County (Ohio) Juvenile Court. Pick up was around 11;50 AM. The driver's name was Jasmine. The envelope had to be at the court by 4:30 PM, and it never arrived per the court. I want a refund of my fare and an explanation/apology for the driver not fulfilling the delivery.

Uber phone number you gave me is not working and I have to do a complaint on there app that doesn’t respond

Being charged twice and not being able to settle with any type of customer service but my bank is going to investigate

Was chrged for a ride i didnt recieve

Because of your website issue, my first booking did not go through are they did not show any confirmation of my booking. I did the booking second time. It went through. I got the confirmation and I used the ride and paid. They also charged me partial charges for my first booking which I cancelled. Customer service was not available to clarify this issue..

User's recommendation: If a customer is having issues about their booking, there should be a customer service available immediately to resolve the issue.

You Overcharged me

The driver made we wait 10 minutes while he said he arrive in 2 minutes!!!! I cancelled got another car but you *** charged me for the driver who never showed up !!!! So if you dont reimburse me I will bring my business to LYFT 9or another service

I was picked up he took me to wrong destination I told him I will pay him anyway but didnt have enough on card to pay because of bills coming on my card he accepted cash and I tip in cash I see my card two days later he charged me twice I have receipt from driver you see destination is real short but he charged me 130$

If you had cash for a ride, you should have taken a regular cab. Your fault..

Cannot call uber and talk to a live agent.

I booked a ride on February 8, 2022 at around 7:40pm and the app said my ride was 7 minutes away. In short that particular ride did not make it. I had another ride that showed up but I was very late for work. I tried to complain to uber but the app led me to something that in short I was charged $0.33 for something I don't understand. I want that reversed asap.
