They are so quick to charge your credit card multiple times and you have to request for a refund all the time

Uber driver canceled on me and I was charged $27.00. Then I have to order a new one. If the driver canceled on a rider, they should not be charging an exorbitant amount. Their price is so high- I feel like they keep robbing people since they have your credit card on file

Awful experience

27 bucks fee for a driver who canceled Just because they have my credit card on file they are quick to charge - I did not cancel my Uber ride the driver canceled

Report fraud

My Uber account got hacked and I got a charge in my bank for $99.99 dollars.. I need this resolved. I need someone to contact me to clearfi this issue.. I been Uber customer for a while and. Ever had a problem but just getting hacked I don't trust Uber no more..

Driver will not cancel call

Driver has held up my app for 30+ minutes and will not cancel call. Also Uber makes it extremely difficult to speak to someone that could help with this problem!

I cannot login to my account and it is not giving me any help via the app

I cannot get in contact with any one that works at Uber. Someone has hacked my uber app and I cannot login to my account. The only solution I have been reading about is how you are to ask for help on the menu in app. But I cannot get into my app. There is no way of contacting uber. I have went on my wifes account and did a complaint through their app and I even found a support number pretending to be a rider until I get a representative. Once I get in contact with that representative they said they will look into and either hang up or just get disconnected

Charged for ride I didn't take

I set up a ride for when we landed at the airport. I was charged but sent no information about driver or that we would get info when landed. I had to order another car. That driver canceled on me. I was charged $4.95 for him to cancel. Then when I ordered the third car I was told the price went from $35 to $59. I was then charged $60. I paid $100 to go 16 miles.
