Lost purse no help

left purse in back seat by accident! im going crazy trying to reach someone and they said they arent responsible and theres absolutely NO customer support at this moment only what is available on app! already reported lost item on app and nothing!

Charged for a ride I didn't take

Uber does not listen to what happened. It was not about being charged for the fare, but their driver lied and committed fraud because I never got in the vehicle. They refused to understand the gravity of the situation.

Charged and never have used Uber before

How can you not have a line for people to call ? I was charged for a ride today and Ive never used your service before. I should be able to call and speak to someone about this issue.

I replied but unfortunately my credit card was in my purse

I'm still trying to replace all my cards and my debit/credit card has been inactive so I do not know the number and have no other card to use.

They disabled my account

Still no call from customer service and this is wrong. I have never done anything wrong to lead up to the cancellation of my account and I have spent more than enough money with Uber.

When you see my UBER account you can see, April 22, 2021 - $9.99 as pending charge, May 25, 2021 - $9.99 as pending charge. During June, July, August there were no any fraud transactions by UBER because I was waiting my visa. I received my new visa after 3 weeks. Then company started to charged as direct payment o $10.49 each month (22 September, 22 October, 22 November and 22 December 2021) I contacted my bank bank and soon I hand over all the information to investigate this unfair charge from my card without giving me at least email confirmation) This is totally a fraud. If you check this matter you can see if I use any pass or not. Please refund my money as a loyal company. We always receive an email confirmation when we get a ride, But these transactions were done hidden. Please settle this. Priyanwada

The uber vehicle I hired AC is not working

I have to pay for a service which is not at all worth it. In this hot afternoon I am travelling sweating. I dont appreciate such a service from uber. You can check I always book uber vehicles. For valued customers you give such service. I want my refund of the amount I pay. If I cancel you charge me. I need a refund for this travel.

Lost items in uber

Uber is the worst customer service ever, I lost my bag inside the taxi, no number updated on the application to contact the driver, I have to wait to next day, I missed my flight, all this cost me around 1000 $, just because they dont have a hot line, their office in Qatar its not open for 24 hours therefore I have to wait from Thursday to Sunday for them to open, but I made a very good resolution by contact customer service in USA as I got my bag the next day and thank you for all your team, But I will never use Uber next time and I deleted the app from my phone,
