They are horrible!!! Not one person to talk to and I’m locked out of my account!!

I was locked out because of a crazy trip charge supposedly . And I havent even used my account. Also, there were NEVER any emails about any such trip charge!!! plus they have my credit card on file. I was hacked!!! And no one to talk to and ratify!!! What a joke!

Report returned items that I had called in as lost

I reported that a bag full of cell phones and accessories had been lost. I called Uber to file a report and they said if the items were to show back up to let you know Im a little late in reporting but about a week and a half ago the Uber driver brought back the entire bag of cell phones and accessories That I have been missing .

Driver never showed up

The day before I received a confirmation for my 4:30 am trip from Huntington Beach to LAX. After the no show around 4:40 I received z text that no driver available!!! Why wasnt I notified ahead of time? This is totally unacceptable! When I tried to find another ride the App wouldnt allow it. Add that to the fact that you cant speak with anyone at UBER customer service- It stinks!
