I have a new debit card #& I entered it yesterday& it says there’s a problem??

My debit card cracked in half, so they sent me@***w card& since I didn't receive it, they issued me a new Card #. I entered in the default card slot& don’t think they used my new # today when I took Uber 2 work& I have 2 take Uber home& their saying there is an issue w/my account??

I can’t use my card for my account

My bank renewed my debit card with new exp.date and with new sec.no.in the back.i can't update it and I can't use my debit card for the payment.

Driver

I definitely wasn't pissed I was happy with the driver he went out of his way to make me feel GREAT. If I could I would give him a 100 stars instead of just 5. He was the best driver I have ever had. He was friendly and compassionate with a smile on his face. He should receive an award for being such a great human being. What a joy. On 2/25/20 I canceled a ride then checked my bank account it was charged 11.75 twice after cancelation. Also it happened again on 2 /26/20 for 8.65 after cancelation

Driver says to far and won't drop ride

Uber - Driver says to far and won't drop ride
I requested a ride, driver takes my ride and now says trip is to far. Wont drop my ride after my money has already been taken. This is very inappropriate and I am missing a doctors appointment because I only use uber. I felt safer with uber and you can tell my my records that I use you guys a lot. I am very displeased and upset.

I cannot go online

Every time I try to go online it says unable to go online for what reason I dont know why but I went to the billing itself in New Orleans and the lady told me that it had me as a driver and not as riding a bike which I dont drive I dont have a drivers license thats why I ride a bike to do uber eats and a regular bike as that so I was trying to see if yall can fix it since she couldnt.
